Ara is nothing but professional in all ways. From his first visit to closing, he was always available for any necessary assistance and would answer any calls or messages promptly. I have dealt with a number of agents in all my years of buying and selling houses, what I have never encountered is the professionalism of Ara, he literally had a book made with all the information regarding my neighborhood and the houses that sold around the area with photos, the book was a hard cover. The photographer that he chose to take the photos was nothing less than the greatest photographer. Ara is there throughout your escrow and after it has closed with any questions you have. He sold my place for over the selling price.

Working with Ara was like having a family members at your side 24 hours a day who advised us, checked in with us, gave us consistent feedback and was available within SECONDS of trying to get in touch with him. Ara was a professional, and a pleasure to work with. He is young and forward thinking, and understood exactly what we were looking for. The market was a tough one to steer at the moment, but Ara helped us pick through the good and the bad. Ultimately, Ara was able to find us an off market opportunity through his relationships with other brokers, and instead of competing with 35 offers 20-30% over asking, all we were up against was one other offer. Ara guided us into sealing the deal, and we got an off market property below market value. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the job.

Ara was amazing. We were looking for a house for almost two years, looking at one house after another and at no point we ever felt like we were annoying him by saying no to every single one. I doubt there is ONE agent out there with the marketing skill set that Ara has. Both the flyer and our brochure was absolutely beautiful. We didn't see anything that came close produced by any of the "big Altadena agents." Not only was our property skillfully marketed but Ara made himself available during every single showing. Please, find a guy who will do that? If you have an agent who isn't 100% in love with your listing, find another one.
