I have been looking for a place where I can go on a regular basis and not be charged a membership fee to get hte lower rate. I am very pleased with Zen Spa and I will be back. It was very professional and enjoyable, for the price you can't beat it and with the price I can go more often than I can to a higher priced Spa, for basically the same treatment.
All massage sessions include 10 minutes for therapist consultation and for dressing/undressing. Actual massage therapy time is the industry standard 50 minutes. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out our intake form and to ensure that you receive your full massage session.

The place was clean and receptionist was very kind. I requested a "firm" massage and barely felt like the therapist touched me at all. Price was reasonable and I still gave a good tip ($20 on a $60 service because right know everyone is struggling) but terrible massage. Kept waiting for a good rub, but literally just felt like I was oiled up.

Normally I would give this place 5 starts since I've been coming to this location for a long time now and I decided to get a deep tissue massage and honestly. I don't think it was worth the money I spent. I specifically ask the gal who did my massage that I need extra pressure on my neck and back and honestly it just felt like she was just rubbing her hands up and down my back, there was no pressure at all. I left feeling more tense because I was stressed out because I did not get the full deep tissue massage experience. And to top it off she finished almost 15 minutes early and left

Critical: Professionalism
Called stating I was a brand new customer and looking to book 3 services. Lady told me she was booked for the next week and I said that was fine I was looking to book about 2 weeks out. She said "oh were booked then too. You probably want to just go elsewhere since we only have like 2 people working" YIKES

I would give them less than 1 star if I could. They constantly have massage therapists call in "sick" or have scheduled me on the wrong days. Really really poor customer service. Owner doesn't give a crap how bad his business is. I wouldn't go there except I have to use a gift card. Nurturing Touch Massage is way more professional and once i use this gift card I will never go back to Zen.

Many times I’ve called to schedule an appointment,they are never available,even left a message and no one called back,absolutely poor customer service,I went in twice and the woman at the front said they were booked up for the next couple of days,the place was empty,I say take don’t waste time leaving a message,they won’t call back and take your business elsewhere

Juan is amazing! I went in for an NMT massage to try and release the imbalances on my left scapula and it definitely helped! It was very helpful and educated me on what I need to do to keep my postural balances and the pain in my left scapula as definitely diminished since I went to him. Now I just need to go back to work on my left latissimus dorsi and left hip and left knee!

Booked a couples massage and it was the best experience for both my boyfriend and I. The masseuses were very attentive and took their time. After that first visit we started returning regularly for massages. Luckily I had one masseuse who was terrific and paid attention to my problem areas. My boyfriend had the opposite experience and did not enjoy his massage at all. He describe that she would apply no pressure after asking several times and would only concentrate on on area. Since then we've been requesting specific people to avoid this issue.

Brittany, the manager, called me, apologized for experience, and offered to compensate us with future free massages. While this was a kind gesture, we don't live in town, so we opted for a refund instead. The process was quick and easy. Excellent customer service, much empathy shown on her part. I wrote my review in hopes of helping other customers out, but I was not expecting to be reached out to by the company itself.
Everyone is human - types massages can get mixed up, time may be restricted, and communication can become confusing during the massage, but how the

To sum up my husband's experience - he told them his problem areas and the massages therapist did not work on them. He says she did the "text book routine massage" and did not give attention to the problem areas.
For myself, I was honestly mad during my massage. My therapist acted lazy as if she was just milking the clock. She only worked on ONE SPOT and was barely putting any pressure on me and she was not massaging
