I went to school in Anchorage, Alaska at the Alaska Learning Institute for Massage. I graduated in May of 2008 one of the top students in my class as I had a wonderful teacher. I consider myself an Intuitive and Empathetic Massage Therapist Professional with 11 years of experience. My specialty is pain management and Energy work.
Basalt warm stones are glided on the body allowing the heat to soothe muscles into a relaxed state. If you think it's a torn muscle, it's best to consult your physician or rest for a full 2 weeks before getting this treatment. Abhyanga is a form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves long light fast strokes of the body with Dosha-specific warm and pre-mixed sesame based herb-infused oil as a means to detoxify the body.
Relax while you unwind with a Botanical Foot Treatment which includes: a foot bath with scrub and a foot masque. Next dip into a foot Paraffin Treatment followed with a foot massage and hot stone infusion. Indulge in a relaxing warm Foot Bath w/ Himalayan Foot scrub.
After that, slip under the warm covers to receive a 90 min Full body Custom Massage with Cedarwood Aromatherapy and melt even further into the massage while the therapist glides Hot Basalt stones on your back, neck, shoulders and feet.Finish off with a chocolate covered treat, water and a warm towel.

Wonderful! JC did had an incredible gift for finding my tension spots quickly. She seemed to know which ones needed to be snuck up on and worked lil at a time. When deep pressure is good and where gentle is needed. And the way she uses the hot stones, like she can feel right though them, absolute heaven. As I mentioned afterward, she has angel guided hands.

JC is a highly skilled massage therapist - the best one in Roseville by far. I had an incredibly therapeutic experience today. She is a spiritual healer and it comes through in her massages. She's also great at deep tissue besides Swedish. She can sense if you've got blocks in your energy field and she helps lift those through her reiki and energy work. Go book a massage with JC! Hands down one of the best massages I've ever received. Very mellow environment, clean and professional. Makes sure you are comfortable and let's you chose your own aromatherapy smells (highly recommended the lavender and pine needles) the complimentary chocolate dipped strawberries were delicious, and she took her time to really work the knots out of my trouble areas. Will definitely be going back next month for more work. Thank you!
