After having been with Bobby and his team for nearly 10 years, the service has definitely gone down hill. It started a year and a half ago when I bought a new car and was misinformed on my insurance questions by a member of his staff and then a clerical error with paperwork. After emails and phone calls the only way I ever heard back from Bobby himself was to threaten to take my business elsewhere. I finally received a call from Bobby personally. Recently switched my insurance over to Uppal Insurance and so glad I did! I was asked several questions to find out what coverage was best for my family and our needs. Bobby then called me to educate me on the various types of coverage and always gave me the option to pick what was best for my family without feeling pressured. I really appreciated the help! Just want to give an updated, they still rock. There is nothing insurance related they cant do (auto, home, life, investments, business, flood, earthquake), but they are sooooo friendly and not pushy.
Another huge plus is for changes and general information, they will glady communicated via email so you do not have to play phone tag. Very easy, very friendly.
