I Love Sushi Jones Valley

Love it. My favorite one to go to. They are always so nice to me. Except this one server but the server I usually get came and helped me and my daughter's. Always feel welcomed by her. I have been getting to-go lately but I'll catch her name next time.

My to buddies and went here to keep each other company on Christmas eve. Well I had a great time. This place rocks! The waitress sparred with my witty repartee and the food was out of this world. I love my sushi and this place hands down has been my best sushi experience to date. I will absolutely spend more money here in the future.

Service attitude is too bad 1 * , It's an Asian woman . I am not a cheap or rude customer. I always tip 20-30% each time. I'm just slow when it comes to choosing food . She just sweet with american people , so. the food is really delicious 5* . I will rate 1* if the next time she has such disdain for customers

I don't understand how this place has four and a half Stars. We were sat in a booth and it smelled like urine the whole time. It just seemed very unclean. The sushi roll I got was horrible and it was suggested to me. When I was looking for something like a crunch roll I got completely the opposite. We saw the waitress once to take our order, someone else brought our food and then the waitress came back to give us our check. It was horrible!

Great experience, great waitress (she was new. The sushi was sooo good.
I got a long island iced tea it was actually good. I wish I had taken a picture, everything looked so good. Although 4 stars instead of 5 my 4 year old hated the chicken nuggets. How can you mess up nuggets, get some store brand freezer ones. The kids love those. 😂 😂 😂

This was my first time at this restaurant. Because of the rise in Covid-19 cases, we ordered online for pickup. I really wanted to try the sushi but felt in order for me to really enjoy it I needed to dine in. So, I opted for the dinner combination of Salmon Teriyaki with fried rice and Gyoza. Our food was ready by the time we got there to pick it up which wasn't too long so that was a plus. The restaurant appeared to be busy with lots of patrons coming in and going out. The hostess was very friendly despite being very busy. The only issue was that we selected the fried rice instead of the steamed

The seafood tempura had absolutely no flavor and they want to charge a $4 up charge for fried rice instead of white rice. They are also charging an extra $3 for all steak items. But you do not know this until you order.

Excellent sushi rolls, everything is exactly how you expect it to be (if you’re expecting something awesome)

Came to I Love Sushi for dinner Saturday night. The restaurant is attractive and modern but ultimately, in my opinion, not worth the high price tag.
We had gyoza to start, which were definitely the highlight of the meal. Some of the best gyoza I've had in Huntsville, extra crispy on the outside but soft and flavorful on the inside.
I had the teriyaki chicken and my boyfriend had spicy chicken and beef teriyaki. The miso soup we started with was pretty good, and the ginger salad was quite unremarkable but decent. My chicken teriyaki had a nice grilled flavor, but the teriyaki sauce was lacking

Place is great. I ate here once right before this COVID craziness. Ordered carryout last night. Food is always great and FRESH, I ordered my food around 8:30pm, one of the staff called me to confirm my order,… and I know I will going to be late after when I get there it was around 9:35pm ,guess what !? One of their staff still wait for me inside of the restaurant , I feel so sorry for her to wait for me after extra 30mins when the store already closed , staff is very friendly and kind, Will be returning often. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Having been a happy customer of I Love Sushi Jones Valley for over 10 years, I was very surprised and disappointed with my experience last night. I first attempted to place my order via phone but upon checking the Facebook page realized that their phones were malfunctioning. So I proceeded to place my order via the restaurant website (which… requires an annoying signup process) and received an order confirmation via email. I made the 15-minute drive and arrived at the restaurant around 8:50pm (prior to their official closing time of 9 pm) only to find the door locked. I knocked on the glass

Incredible sushi, not your ordinary rolls. The Black Pearl is my favorite. 100 out of 100!!!!

I’ve never had a bad roll here. Everything comes beautifully presented and some rolls come with fabulous sauce! Customer service is always top notch as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I liked the fantastic vibes and the meals. The staff are very affable. I’m glad we eventually decided to visit this restaurant.

Good sushi and Japanese entrees. The lunch boxes are a good value and very filling! I did find it a tad bit odd that our appetizer came out after our meals. The food was great and prices line up with what you expect for quality sushi. I did feel a little odd listening to Led Zeppelin’s Whole Lotta love in a Japanese restaurant but I love Sushi is a good spot for getting your sushi fix.

To go sushi was fine. Service was great and quick for a busy Friday night. But lots of the sushi was either fried or had unappealing ingredients (peanut butter? Banana???) The portions were big, so 3 rolls for 2 people was perfect.
