Reiki is an amazing, powerful, yet subtle form of energy healing. Healing energy is channeled thru the practitioner's body, out his/her hands and into the recipient. Reiki may be given to oneself or others. It is becoming more known and believed that stress it the cause of all forms of illness, discomfort or disease.
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) is a very specialized form of manual therapy. A therapist trained in NMT is educated in the physiology of the nervous system and its effect on the muscular and skeletal systems. The Neuromuscular Therapist is also educated in kinesiology and biomechanics and how to work in a clinical or medical environment.
This technique is a unique injury therapy that combines compression, extension, movement and breath to give the therapist a tool to provide, in many cases, relief from pain in one treatment. With the MRT technique scar tissue is broken up, the muscle is lengthened, muscle memory is restored and relief from pain starts immediately.
Many people use an ionic foot bath to assist in detoxifying the body. These baths work by drawing toxins out of your body through your feet to help the body to return to a more balanced state. The bath itself is a small basin which is filled with a warm saltwater mixture. You place your feet in the bath and then turn on electrodes.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is just one of over 85 cannabinoids that is identified in the cannabis plant. CBD is becoming increasingly popular amongst the masses for having a wide scoop of medical benefits - due to clinical reports and amounts of test data showing little to no side effects and a lack of psychoativity (typically associated with marijuana products and high in THC).
