The worst dentist in East County/SD. Dr Garafalo who only evaluate patients teeth have his workers do his patients dental work for him and they’re probably not even qualified to do the job. The whole staff including Dr Garafalo half-butt everything they do. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! Contact your insurance to see if they cover dentist in your area.

After waiting way too long for getting extractions (2 yrs +) I can say that the 2 dentists, Dr G & Dr R, I saw here were outstanding, had great bedside manner & gently & calmly got this overwhelmed anxious 65 yr old crybaby thru without ANY significant pain!!

No communication when staff calls in and changes our appointment. Waited an hour for a 10 min polish. Would have rescheduled our appointment if they let us know about it when we checked in. Not coming back. It is a older facility with outdated practices with equipment. I have a better clean facility where I work doing prophylactics on dogs and cats.

It’s now 2020. In late 2018 I had a root canal attempted and the “dentist” I saw was either scared or didn’t feel she could do it but the filling fell out and I’ve been suffering since March because of the virus. The supposed dentist also said my blood pressure was extremely high like 160 range and the next day my primary care dr said I did not have high bp. Avoid at all costs they will screw up your teeth

I haven't really had a bad experience here. One filling literally seemed like it took minutes to do so I was pretty impressed by that. Not sure what doctor that was though. I had teeth x-rays, some fillings, cleanings. The cleanings didn't seem very thorough compared to other places I've had cleanings but it wasn't a bad experience for me. This place is also just down my street.

The people here are rude and when I went to get a deep cleaning they rushed it only took them 10 to 15 minutes to do it when it takes much longer then that this place should be shut down they dont even know how to keep a hold of your medical info they just called me to have a checkup when I already have had one...never coming here again finding better dentist!! That's more organized!!
