Rand is a graduate of Atwater-Grove City High School. He continued his education by attending St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN and now, as a licensed insurance agent, he owns and operates Lieser Insurance Agency. In his freetime Rand enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and boating.
He is a true hockey enthusiast and is even a volunteer hockey coach. Heidi was born and raised in Paynesville and is a graduate of Paynesville Area High School. In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her kids' activities, curling up with a good book, as well as attending sporting events - with her favorites being town amateur baseball games and Paynesville Bulldog and MN Gopher Volleyball.
