Our goal is always to help our patients maintain their oral health and to care for and protect their natural teeth. Maintaining oral health includes good home care and regular visits to our office for preventive care, which includes oral examinations and cleanings. Even with excellent care, however, teeth and gums can be susceptible to disease, infection, cavities, cracks, or other forms of damage.
An oral examination is a visual inspection of the mouth, head, and neck, performed to detect abnormalities. Radiographs allow for a more complete examination, helping the doctor to detect cavities, problems in existing dental restorations, gum and bone recession or other abnormal conditions within the mouth, head and neck area.
Our office specializes in cosmetic dentistry. This means that we not only pay attention to the health and function of your teeth, but we also pay close attention to aesthetics. We want you to maintain great oral health but we also want you to have a beautiful smile and the confidence to smile often!

Endodontics is the treatment of the pulp and surrounding tissues of a tooth. When root canal therapy is performed the pulp chamber of the tooth is removed and then filled with a suitable filling material.

I enjoyed going to the dentist for several years but on numerous occasions their billing department was unable to file my claim in an appropriate time for it to be paid. Then while I tried to get in touch with them on numerous occasions to clear up the problem was never able to and they sent the bill to collections. Even though insurance would have paid if they had filed in the required time frame. Dentists in practice are fine as long as you go in understanding that you will have to pay the bill and get reimbursed by your insurance due to their billing dept being unqualified and unresponsive.

I love smilemakers! I have been going here about 7 years. I most recently moved to nyc but I come back because of the customer service and knowledge of the staff! Rasheeda has been my hygienist for last 7 years and is amazing. So knowledgeable , professional and always uses standard precautions! I have never seen a person so clean with utensils and their patients it's amazing! She is also kind and timely! I highly recommend this business to people who are looking for a clean and friendly dental provider !

I couldnt have been more greatful during my experience at Smile Makers. The very first time I went, I had BCBS dental coverage. It was almost a year later when I scheduled another visit. I wasn't asked on the phone if I had any changes in my insurance, which I was doing other things as well while I was on that call, and I was rushing because I was in a hurry. Because of that, there was a little bit of a set back when I got there the next morning for my apointment. I did have to wait for 10-20 minutes while they ran my new insurance to see if they accepted my new insurance, before they moved me

I have had Dr. David Fry as my dentist and friend for many years now. He is kind, compassionate and an excellent dentist.
Michael is my hygienist. He is so knowledgeable and a great hygienist. He takes the hygienist profession to a new level.

Terrific experience! Only temporarily in town for work but in need of a cleaning before returning to my normal dentist back in WA state, these guys were awesome. Easy to set up appointment and fill out paperwork. Everyone was super nice and efficient. Debora and Dr. Mathis took good care of me and no one tried to talk me into services I didn't need or want.

If zero were possible that's what this place would get. They have an insane turnover in staffing, constantly billed for things that I didn't have done, dealing with the billing staff is an absolute nightmare. As a customer, I was treated like an inconvenience to them for inquiries I'd make about being billed incorrectly. If you have any other choice available even if it's a group of blind cerebral palsy patients with chisels, chose the cerebral palsy.
