Our premier production space, the Glass Gallery is 38,000 sf of ground floor, drive-in column-free space that is perfect for fashion, commercial, advertising, events, or feature productions. The Glass Gallery will accommodate the most ambitious of projects with two massive loading doors and 140' of street frontage.
This 2,500 sf stage offers an immaculate corner cyclorama and is ideal for photography or smaller television and video productions. Sound-suitable, Studio A features a private hair, makeup and wardrobe room plus an additional flex space. Includes 1 floor drain, hot and cold water hookup, WiFi, printer, fax, phone, PA stereo system, CD player and iPod dock.
This 3,500 sf stage offers a pristine blank slate studio ideal for medium to large photography or television and video productions. Sound-suitable, Studio B features a private hair & makeup room plus an additional flex space perfect for a wardrobe or client greenroom. Includes water drain access, hot and cold water hookup, gigabit fiber Wifi, Wifi printer, fax and phone access.

I am doing some freelance work for a production company and they are utilizing the massive and pretty darned awesome Parlay Studios as their studio set and temporary office space. Overall this appeared to be a giant warehouse and when I asked more about the facility was told it used to be a storage company. The video is being shot in a sizable room (of which there are a few others) while we are working with the crew and office team in a different space that we have all to ourselves. This allowed us to remain closer to the video crew and talent. I can say that there are also smaller cubicle

Great Studio, Adam, John and Cameron are all terrific.
In fact the entire staff is extremely helpful. The studio is right outside the Holland Tunnel and so is closer to many downtown Manhattan production offices and uptown studios are.
There are several stages. Huge ceiling height and room to drive a car right onto the stage. Full lighting and grip packages, teleprompter, Tricaster and Webcasting available.
Plenty of on street parking.

Wonderful, unique, and really beautiful event space that you can seriously transform into just about anything. I got married there this past November and working with Kathrin was so much fun! Kathrin is super organized, really good at getting back to you quickly, and very helpful when it comes to answering all of the questions you have (and trust me, I had a lot). Extraordinary event space, small enough to be cozy and easy to get around while being large, well-lit, and spacious enough to have room to move around and separate group areas as well as the equipment to support it all.
Easy to get to, and while parking may be a little tight, just ask if you can park where the signs say no-parking. Parlay are the ones calling the tow trucks, so just be sure your vehicle is identified properly.

Parlay Studios is a full-service photo studio and work room, and their massive warehouse space has played host to everything from craft fairs to the Jersey City Record Riots. The light is unbelievably good in here. Since its tucked into the PADNA district, parking is easy to come by and the staff are professional. Check out their web site for rental rates and equipment packages. They have abillity to accomodate AV and sound as well as top of the line photography gear and machines to process your work.
