Services
I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Chadron State College in Chadron, Nebraska in 2007. My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology and my Master's is in Community Counseling. I founded New Balance Professional Counseling in 2015, and recently added life coaching and career coaching to my tool box, after obtaining my PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in early 2019.

Colorado Medicaid covers mental health services completely with no co-pays or other out of pocket costs. Colorado Medicaid and Cigna always cover video conferencing (telehealth) sessions exactly the same as in-person sessions. Video conferencing is covered with no out of pocket costs by Colorado Medicaid, if using Cigna any out of pocket costs will be the same as in-office sessions, depending on co-pays/deductibles.
