She specializes in Traditional Thai Massage and Thai Barefoot Massage, for which she trained and practiced in Thailand for a number of years. In addition, she has over 18 years of experience in Western modalities including: Swedish, deep-tissue, trigger points, lypossage, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, and myoskeletal alignment techniques.
