Company does not respond to email inquiries. Owner works from home and is not easy to reach. After an email inquiry to try to get a feel for if they were available for tax prep, I called 5 days later, had to navigate through calling the 4 people listed in their answering machine, and finally on the 4th person was told the owner worked from home and to leave a message for them to respond. Obviously they are able to answer questions very fast if they choose because I got a call back from the person I spoke with on the phone within 5 minutes saying that they aren't accepting new clients. Chuck Weinberg gets it. He has been working with me since the late 1990's. Love how he genuinely cares. Often work with Linda and Susan in his office and they are the greatest. When it comes to attention to detail, protection, responsiveness and value, Weinberg and Company is the best - and, they even respond to e-mails on weekends.
