Every Aquabike client joins us at a different fitness level, which is why our bikes have 4 levels of resistance, from beginner to advanced. Services
Choose any membership plan you like, but please understand that no workout will get you in the shape, without a committed mindset. Let's choose the best plan for you! The Basic Plan is a good place to start and then move up to another plan, once you've worked a weekly class into your schedule. The Premium Plan includes our most popular services to get the best results, with the most flexibility.
You'll want to wear a swimsuit, but nothing uncomfortable. We recommend swim shoes or socks, plus a tee-shirt or swim shirt, also called a rashguard, as the water is usually kept cool at both locations for swimmers doing laps. However, you will warm up fast, once the class starts. We recommend that you bring a towel and a water bottle, as you will need to hydrate by the end of your class.

Critical: Communication
I purchased the Groupon several months ago. I called a few times and no answer. Once I finally spoke to someone, I was told class was full. I was directed to make an appointment online but you can’t do that on Groupon. I called for months and never received an answer. I do not recommend.

This business is terrible! I got a friend to buy this groupON with me, hoping that we could take a class together and they have not answered any of my calls, text, or email. I purchased this 9/9/21, today is 10/6/21, and still not a peep from them. I even went to the location only to find out that their non-existent communication is a common occurrence.

I really enjoyed the experience until the epidemic happened and the company continues to charge me every month even with classes closed. I have emailed/ texted, and always get a response that you're getting reimbursed "today", and another one saying, "at end of the month". Always an excuse with no follow up. I don't even want to be a part of somthing I once really loved doing. It saddens me to see this is how they treat their clients.

Feeling rather disappointed as I finally found an exercise activity that my parents enjoy! And I do too! Both instructors are great but since asking for membership to be frozen for a month and now because of the covid-19 pandemic, I still continue to be charged monthly. And have not gotten any responses resolving this issue. We were hoping to start back up as soon as things start opening up again but I don't think I can trust a dishonest business.

This class was ok but not worth the price or having to deal with the customer service here. I signed up for $49 a month and was never able to attend due to personal reasons... at the time I asked about canceling my membership but they would not work with me so only froze it for two months.
What I didn't know, is you have to cancel IN WRITING 3 days before they auto Renew it, but I had sent an email to one of the many email addresses they have which was a no go.
So it has been over a month and a half since I've been trying to cancel my SECOND contract (for a class I have paid thousands

Aquabike is AWESOME! I highly recommend this class to all.
The instructors are great, they are polite, courteous, very knowledgeable, & they know how to effectively motivate us during the workout. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their health; all fitness levels welcome and this class is right up someone's alley who is already familiar with Spin or water aerobics.
I LOVE coming to class each week because I have FUN and forget I'm even working out since time flys by. I am happy to share that this class has changed my life, it's helped me get back on track
