I own a Matrix A50 and needed help moving it to our new home and I just didn't feel like the movers weren't really able to make it happen. Unlike at the other local fitness store (which will most likely pop up first in most searches) which requires you to make an appointment, I had an awesome experience buying my treadmill at Nevada Home Fitness. I just learned of this fitness equipment supplier recently. When the pandemic started I attempted to reach out to another local supplier who never got back to me. I had to reach out a few times before getting a response and when I did, it seemed very low effort. In the end we decided to wait on purchasing home gym equipment because we really didn't have the space. Fast forward to a new house and we now have room for a mini home gym! I purchased an elliptical from Nevada Home Fitness and I had some issues with the equipment. Without boring everyone, lets just say that the owner Justin did more than the call of duty to try to resolve. I wish this guy was the owner of every business I had to deal with as he's a problem solver and someone who cares about his customers. Spencer knows his stuff! I was weary talking to sales clerks that didn't know their products or inventory. Spencer spent lots of time making recommendations and answering questions about my treadmill needs. He had the product I decided on in stock, and he was able to deliver it to me in South Lake Tahoe the next day! Nevada Home Fitness will get my next order for a new spin bike for my wife.

I purchased a Life Fitness recumbent exercise bike several years ago from Nevada Home Fitness. I shopped a long time before I bought. Every time I went in I rode the bike and compared it to others. I didn't realize it, but I needed a hip replacement. I thought I was going to just get stronger by exercising. (:-). Every time I went in Justin and his salesman were always GREAT.

I am not sure who Susan F is but her assessment is totally baseless with regard to Nevada Home Fitness. I have known the owner Justin Maison for years and there is NO ONE, including doctors , in this town who knows more about physical fitness, body mechanics and health than him. I bought an elliptical from Nevada Home Fitness three years ago. The sale was great, and I'm happy with the elliptical trainer.

The reason I'm writing this review now is I need to move the elliptical down stairs, which will require disassembly. I can't find my owners manual, so I called Nevada Home Fitness. They promptly emailed me an owner's manual.

They are honest, straightforward and don't play games or do high pressure sales tactics.
