I had heard this club had some excellent trainers on location. I was entertaining the thought of switching from my longtime gym in Tulsa to this one. Then i heard some disturbing news on how they treat their military workers unfairly . I would never give my patronage to an establishment that does not give the brave men and women of our armed forces the respect and gratitude they deserve.

Where to begin?! This place is fantastic đ It provides a balanced set of work out routine stations that work on your endurance, stability and strength overall. There is lots of space at the facility itself and outdoor spots in the spring-fall to give you a mix of indoor and outdoor stations. Within a few weeks of starting back in post COVID-19 post vaccination state, Iâve been super happy already to see the results - if you work it, it really does pay off đ

I love TFS!!!! Great option for a work out during COVID19. They put up the two garage doors for open airflow throughout the gym. Also all the members carry around disinfectant wipes to wipe down their equipment after ever use. Such a fun, clean, and safe environment! Plus the work outs change by the day so it feels like youâre always trying something new!!
I burn around 450-600 calories when Iâm here and because the work outs are so fun and enjoyable I donât even notice that an hour passes by! Highly recommend.

I love working out at Tulsa Fitness Systems. The workouts are always changing so you wonât get bored. I also like that they give alternate options of each exercise and you can choose what works for you. This makes TFS a great option for everyone no matter their fitness level. The setup of the workouts are very accommodating during Covid because everyone is spread out and they offer cleaning supplies at each station. The trainers and staff are very motivating and personable which makes it the perfect fit for our entire family.

I have tried many styles of working out. But I never saw a difference the way I did at TFS. Iâve always had a hard time losing weight, but it was effortless here. The style of workout keeps you engaged and never bored. They are challenging workouts, but with the intervals itâs totally doable. The environment is never intimidating. And the trainers are very helpful, especially if you are needing to modify the workout. I strongly recommend trying out this gym if you are wanting a clean, non intimidating environment.
