I have been working out with Marty, senior home personal trainer for two years. I am thrilled with the results I have achieved. My body never looked so good. My last physical exam my cholesterol and blood pressure were excellent and I'm not on any medications. There are so many benefits. He is a fantastic trainer with excellent knowledge and is up to date on the latest scientific findings on training and proper workout technique. He has a great personality and it is always fun to work out with him. He is extremely reliable and dependable. I highly recommend Marty for senior (over 50)
