Before the actual class, the sign up was easy to understand. Our group did it like a week in advance , we're from out of town so we were excited. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm went out the door when we got there. Our names were not on the list. She stated that she thought the payment was for the week before and she might have overlooked it. It was like we weren't important enough to be on the list she already created but our friend who paid the night before was on the list. We are a group of four and we wanted to yogi together. So we shifted around a couple of times. The vibe overall

This has become a regular Sunday events for me and my friends. A dip in the ocean afterwards is an added bonus. Also highly recommend the full moon yoga and mediation. Trying bootcamp tomorrow! What a great way for us Floridians to enjoy the beach that we often don't make the time to do!

A beautiful beach with the soothing sounds of the ocean as you breathe that fresh air and do yoga guided by an experienced teacher? What could be better?

I decided to check it out very spontaneously one morning to escape the stress of that Monday morning at work... The serendipity has changed my life ever since... It's now part of my morning routine and any day I miss feels like an off course day.

I can talk all day about the benefits of the practice I've experienced on the mind, body, et cetera... or the advantages of doing it on the warm sunny Fort Lauderdale beach sand... but chances are you are here cause you are already into yoga... so all that aside... I think it is worth mentioning that by attending these classes I have met some

I did a search on “beach yoga” while on vacation in Ft Lauderdale and found this lovely group of people 💙 My class with Jess was amazing! I was very impressed because she was very knowledgeable about which muscle groups we were working out and which muscles to engage in order to get a great workout. She added modifications so everyone could participate. At the end of our class, she placed a cold washcloth with essential oils over our eyes (if we consented) as we meditated on our backs during cool down listening to the waves. I felt like I got a great workout and I was SO relaxed afterwards

I am the founder and director of this program and love teaching by the ocean. There are so many benefits of being by the ocean and doing yoga, meditation and fitness classes. Our students enjoy the relaxed and inviting space we hold. No one feels the pressure of performance of the movements. We offer choices for all levels as we guide the classes and we welcome kids to join in or set them up near by on the sand to play. We are a open community of all shapes, colors, sizes and levels. Hope you can join us.

I had heard about a place on the beach in Fort Lauderdale where they had Yoga. It was supposed to be in the morn and at night facing the ocean. And that it cost whatever you wanted to pay.
It sounded great but I already had a beach yoga spot in Hollywood.

The other weekend I was getting ready to go to the one I knew in Hollywood but they had closed.
So I went to Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga.
It was very easy. I heard it was across from the place McSorelys on the beach and sure enough, there was a cluster of people there with mats warming up.
The gal running things was very friendly and got
