Do you constantly feel "tight?" Do you just wish someone would pull your arms and legs in opposite directions? Are you feeling "compressed?" Maintaining functional flexibility is important for sports performance and recovery, as well as for maintaining joint mobility as we age.
Health and performance are enhanced when regular stretching is included in your sports, fitness and wellness program to increase range of motion and correct dysfunctional posture.Bob will take you through a dynamic stretching routine that will help you get off the "flexion addicted" hamster wheel that our "sitting society" has jumped on to.

Here you are researching massage therapy, and your first question should be, " What can massage therapy do for me?" There are many answers to that question based on your goals and reasons for pursuing massage therapy. Reduce Negative Effects of Stress: Let's face it, stress is all around us these days in our fast-paced, always connected world.
The businesses listed here are either known to us through personal experience, or clients have given us positive feedback with two thumbs up! On-line resources are through our professional affiliation, The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Our experience is with Dr. Rob at The Joint located in McBee Station, downtown Greenville.
As you will see, we are beagle biased, and while we love all dogs, we just looovvvve beagles! Miss Daisy-Mai is our pure breed crown jewel. She is all beagle in every way, and cuter than a bugs ear. She loves to snuggle, but when it's time to put the nose to the ground she becomes "a nose with feet!"

Wow! .. I came to Bob with pain on my neck and sore upper back after going back to crossfit from a 3 month period of no exercise, my traps and neck were so tight that my neck and head were hurting. The moment that Bob started the massage you could tell he knew what he was doing. This is not a regular sports massage, he is very specific as to what to do and where to put pressure, you can tell he knows about body motion and how everything is connected. I recommend Blue Ridge 100%

Was in town briefly to visit after 2 solid days of driving and Bob successfully massaged the car out of me. Appointment was super easy to set up. Bob & Roo are both super nice and extremely professional - and who doesn't love beagles? Will definitely visit again on any return trips to GRV if possible. Thank you!

Ruth, who humorously refers to herself as "Roo," provides a thorough 1 1/2 hour massage that is very effective. She asked many questions before our first massage and listened carefully to my replies. She was careful to get a full picture of my health and massage needs before she began. The massage was tailored to my needs at the time. No two of the 12 massages I've had so far have been exactly the same. "Roo" is experienced and knowledgeable as well as versatile. She is also professional while being engaging. She clearly cares about her clients and takes her work seriously. And as an added bonus
