Eileen and Davis are amazing! From start to finish, they provided exceptional knowledge, advice, and care for us. We were moving to CO from out of state and even before we arrived, Eileen took care of us with links to suggested houses based on our budget and desired features. She even went to a couple places to do a video walkthrough for us before we were ready to purchase. Davis was also very patient with my never-ending questions and not once did he show any impatience with me. I've bought and sold several houses. Eileen was the best agent I've ever had. We purchased a home in Colorado and unfortunately had to sell it within the year. Eileen helped us with vendors, helped with remediation of the house, handled all aspects and details. We were able to do the entire transaction from out of state. I don't regret a single penny that we paid Eileen. She was worth it and more. Highly recommended. She's ethical, a nice person, and it felt like dealing with a friend who cares.

Davis and his support staff were phenomenal to work with. Davis helped my daughter negotiate the very difficult process of finding her first home in the rapidly moving Ft Collins market. I would highly recommend Davis to anyone interested in purchasing a home. He was extremely patient with me and my lack of experience over the 6 months that we toured properties. He always pointed out potential issues with the houses, gave his honest opinion, and never pressured me. Though the Fort Collins market is insane, the entire process from making an offer to closing was extremely smooth and Davis was extremely involved and responsive throughout.

Matt Vermeern is a local treasure when it comes to the home buying process. As my wife and I were looking to purchase our first home, we initially began working with a Redfin agent, when we quickly realized that they were not very responsive, and only seemed interested in trying to get us into bigger and more expensive homes and they didn't seem to care what we actually we wanted. After a few showings, we decided to switch things up, and began scheduling our tours with Matt. This was the single best decision we made throughout the entirety of our home purchase.
