We are a family bound in a commitment to exceed the expectations of our clients and their companions for veterinary care. We are grateful for the privilege of being a long standing member of our community and enjoying many years in the surrounding neighborhood in which we live and share family ties.
We are proud that we are not corporately or "group" owned by a large conglomerate operating out of state. We answer to "pet families" rather than share-holders or capital investors. In the end, we see ourselves as stewards of veterinary service through the care of our patients and clients who we ultimately consider our friends and extended family.

Services
In 1996, we expanded our operating space from 2000 to 2990 square feet, adding separate dog and cat waiting rooms, exam rooms and office space. In 2006, we again expanded adding space to our lab, prep and surgical areas and additional boarding space. We have our clients to thank for our continual need for growth in providing the quality of care we know their pets deserve.
You work hard to ensure that your furry family member has the best possible life. That's why partnering with a veterinary provider who genuinely cares for you both is so important. At Campbell Village Veterinary Clinic, we are proud to offer a comprehensive range of services to address your pet's specific veterinary needs.
It is hard to imagine that I graduated from The College of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M nearly 50 years ago. Many of my contemporaries and classmates have retired. But it is the relationships that have been established over forty plus years that keep me coming back every day, talking with owners that I have known for five years or forty five years.
Dr. Krug's wife, Julie, has worked on and off at the clinic since its inception in 1978, taking time off here and there to have children, hip and knee replacement and grandkids. She has two married sons, two grandsons and a granddaughter (would you like to see pictures?). When not doing things for the clinic, she enjoys being "Gramma", watching movies, reading, cooking and baking homemade bread.
Our animal patients remind us every day why we got into the practice of veterinary medicine in the first place. They provide us with perfect examples of selflessness and unconditional love. At Campbell Village Veterinary Hospital, we cherish the many opportunities we have to serve vulnerable populations, and we believe in giving back to a community that has always given us so much.

I've used Campbell Village in the past but recently learned that my former Vet, Dr. Cortiaus was working there now. The entire practice is top-notch with highly experienced doctors and staff. I like that it is privately owned and not part of a large corporate veterinary entity owning lots of clinics. My experience is mostly with Dr. Cortiaus who is super caring, incredibly knowledgeable, with great follow-up. I highly recommend this clinic.

Have used Dr. Cortiaus at his previous location and at Campbell Village for a number of years. He was most kind, caring and helpful in helping me make decisions about treatment in an older dog with developing health issues. He consulted with me on numerous occasions about an action path, and was very caring when I had to make a decision about euthanasia.
I quickly got a new puppy, and he has been great with helping me get Tito acclamated and taking care ofpuppy shots.
Dr Krug was very helpful in helping me take vet care of a rescue dog who was having seizures. He quickly diagnosed Lymes disease

The staff at Campbell Village is friendly, caring and takes great care of our pets. Dr. Krug is the reason our Cavaliers are healthy. He diagnosed a couple of major issues and found the right medications to resolve or control the problem. The dogs are all rescues that weren't cared for during their time in puppy mills and came to us with some major health issues. I can't say enough about Dr. Krug's abilities.

My well-loved Jack Russell Terrier La'Nai and her Miki dog sister Sasha love the vets! They are always well cared for and even the people at the desk show their love and affection-which my dogs just eat up. They are understanding in their treatments and always suggest the best ideas.
