Our mission is to provide our clients with the best possible legal defense through zealous representation as well as personal attention to every client. When our clients succeed, we succeed. Our work must be thorough and effective. We are zealous advocates for our clients. Our clients depend on us to pursue their goals and represent their interests to the best of our abilities.
If you have been accused of a criminal offense, whether it is a minor offense in a municipal court or a more significant offense involving misdemeanor of felony charges in state courts, you should always consult with a Criminal Defense Attorney BEFORE you speak with the police. You should never go to court without representation.
There is an old saying in the legal community -- "He who represents himself has a fool for a client." If you just want to give up and take whatever consequences a district attorney or judge is ready to hand out, by all means, represent yourself. Many defendants do this but they rarely take advantage of all of their rights and often make mistakes in the complicated field of Criminal Defense.
Driving Under the Influence (DUI) refers to operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or other drugs, such that you are substantially incapable of safely operating a motor vehicle. In the State of Colorado, you are presumed to be 'under the influence' of alcohol when your blood alcohol level is 0.08 or higher.
These words about our Constitutional rights have framed my criminal defense practice. I firmly believe in serving my clients and my community by ensuring that the government does not attempt to take away that which the Founding Fathers granted you. I have always served my community and attempted to help those in need.

I wonder what your pay rate is compared to mine. It seems unfathomable that you would not pay a transcriptionist (who makes $2.75 per page) for a document you ordered and received over four months ago. These people posting seem to think you are professional. In 11 years of work I have never encountered a lawyer that would not pay for my transcripted work. You are the first.

My experience with the Law Office of John Buckley was comprehensive. In my initial contact with John, he was extremely thorough in garnering all the nuances of my case. His was also very patient and compassionate through the process. John's knowledge of the legal system provided me with multiple options to create the best case scenario —even when unexpected road blocks appeared in my case.
After all the court appearances and juggling through the system, it was apparent his years of experience had come to my defense. I was granted an extremely favorable ruling in court from my DUI conviction
