Services
Aus-Tex opened our doors in 1946 in downtown Austin's warehouse district. The company's name is not only inspired by our great city, but Aus-Tex also holds a place in history as one of Austin's original printing plants. In 2002, Aus-Tex purchased the decommissioned Celis Brewery in northeast Austin and continued to grow, expand capabilities, and upgrade equipment.
Our customers have relied on our individual turnkey services since 1946. Austex offers premier end-to-end solutions for communicating with your audiences and marketing your products and services. Aus-Tex boasts highly competitive printing capabilities consistent with the top printers in the Austin area.

Thank you for accommodating our constantly shifting timeline and for ensuring a quick turnaround in delivering the product! Of course, we are thrilled with the final product. You all do amazing work that accommodates our budget and I couldn't be happier.
If you would like us to set up a new account or change the settings on an existing account, simply email or call our Imaging Director. Once your account has been set up, our Imaging Director will contact you with your log-in information. Aus-Tex recommends the use of WinZip, 7-Zip, or WinRAR to consolidate and compress your print-ready files.
We employ the latest computer-to-plate workflow which dramatically reduces the time to create a physical printing plate from digital artwork. Computer-to-plate technology replaces older, film-based procedures and allows us to make your last minute corrections more easily. We accept all industry standard file formats, and our highly capable imaging department provides many file manipulation and preparation services.

I own a small business and have recently shifted all of the printing of our marketing material to Austex Printing.
Upon meeting, Rick Muriello gave me a tour of the facility. I was very impressed with their operation and the tour was very helpful in understanding how the company works as well as all the services they offer. The warehouse was very clean and well kept. Everyone in the facility was happy, joyful, and seemed to enjoy working there. It has a great family business vibe. After the tour Rick sat down with me, listened to all my needs, then presented me with several options to choose from

I have been using Teri at Aus-Tex for years now for all my printing and mailing needs at all four of my locations. I am pretty particular and don't have time to work with companies that don't follow through or have good customer service. Usually when I need something printed or mailed, time is of the essence. They always are on top of it and I don't have to constantly follow up. I would highly recommend if you want a professional and great printing company.

I Highly recommend Aus-Tex Printing & Mailing!! They have been printing our quarterly magazine for several years now and we have never had a issue. They work well with time lines when properly scheduled, they help you make the right decisions that are most cost effective for your printing needs. Quality product, excellent customer service. Fair pricing!! We are a non-profit association so we have to make every dollar count. Highly recommend Aus-Tex. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

We use Aus-Tex many times throughout the year, and they are always helpful, responsive and useful in providing high quality materials. I work very closely with Teri and have done so for a couple of years already (time has really flown I guess!) and we're very happy with our service. It's a five stars from me!

AusTex has helped us with many print jobs over the years. Most recently a last minute spiral bound notebook order that they handled wonderfully. They are great people to work with and easy to communicate and execute a project. I would highly recommend them based on customer service, the best prices out there and a local company that cares.
