Went to get my acrylics removed they did not even soak my nails first and ended up ripping my real nail off. When I complained because my finger was bleeding they were incredibly rude and told me I should have know it would hurt.
Also very unclean!! One gal sneezed into her hands and proceeded to do a customers nails!

I used to love this place! The quality has gone down and the price went up. I went to get a pedicure and only half of my nails were painted. The nice lady who was working fixed them but my nails still look uneven and not painted well.

Worst pedicure in 30 years ... false advertising. Asked for the "Diva" pedicure which describes full spa pedicure, callous removal, "extensive" massage, and hot stone treatment. The only service I received was toenachange. (With my skin cut in 2 places) and polish change. I was charged $40 for what amounted to a polish change only. Toenails were not cleaned zero massage or services described. This business has changed hands and the website reflects previous ownership. Will never return.

Love Polish. They always take me as a walk-in when no one else will. And the place is so nice looking inside and doesn't smell bad. Get the diva pedicure! Thank me later.

I got a full set for my wedding and was really disappointed with the results. Most of the nails are slanted one way. They are thick and lumpy. Some sides are squared and pointy while the others are rounded. The sides of the nails are exposed. Not worth $40.

Absolutely incredible! I was in town for a wedding and had a three broken nails! They got me in first thing on a Friday morning. Clean, fast and excellent service! Next time I'm in Boise, I will be back!

Don't go here the guy that works there doesn't know what he is doing and rude, after telling him I wasn't going to pay the amount he wanted he got all upset and started talking rude to me, even after him… messing up my nails I asked him how much polish was for my daughter it was a girl day and he told me to get out, so had to go to a driffent place for my daughter...

Amazing place to get pedicures...I felt like home! The place had a homey feel ...not like most other shops!! Highly recommend this place and getting the salt pedicure ahhh my feet are so soft! The massage was amazing

Tried it twice but won't go back. Close to where I live but I had to wait both times. They obviously overbook. I'll go back to Kim's Nails across town.

My daughter had full set of nails, painted matte black. You can see through the color. The shape was nice , color terrible. The seat cushions are filthy. I didn’t want to sit down. I had a manicure. 2 coats of blue polish, you can see through. When we were there a lady came on complaining her polish came off less than 24 hour. The employee said, “No guarantee.” They did paint 2 nails.

This was the worst acrylics job I have ever had and to make matters worse it was for my wedding. I went with 9 of my friends and no one liked their nails. My nails actually wound up being the joke of the weekend. They were all a different shape and bulky. The guy was rude when I asked them to cut around my cuticles.Horrible job will never come back

I rarely treat myself to a mani/pedi, so I was exited to try this place out for my birthday. And I now really regret it. I got gel for both my mani and pedi, the prices listed for gel was $25 for mani and $35 for pedi. Seemed reasonable, until my total somehow came out to $75? I even removed my old polish prior to going in and definitely didn't get any add ons or anything. I also was only in the salon for a total of 30 mins - for a mani pedi! Way too rushed, and there weren't even any people waiting to be helped after me.
Lastly, it has only been a week and both my manicure and pedicure

Booked a party of 8 people and it was probably the most basic pedicure I've ever had. We were all disappointed. It was more of a $10 polish change than a pedicure that was $25. They slapped some color on your toes after you soaked them and some lotion, and that was about the extent of it. No massage.

Such a cute building and nice staff, but for what I paid, it wasn't worth it. I asked for a gel pedicure, but they didn't shape my nails, or really take their time doing anything. I think it took a total of less than 20 minutes from the time I put my feet in the soaker tub to the time they were done with my feet. I paid $40. Like I said, super kind staff and beautiful place, but I didn't feel pampered at all.

I was really excited about taking my man on a fun little date for pedicures. He had never had one before and it was just a silly little post-Valentine's date I had planned for us. I'm pretty disappointed in our experience.

First, when we arrived, rather than being escorted to the room they wanted us to wait in, a lady just pointed in a direction. The way the rooms and halls are set up make it hard to know where exactly we were being pointed towards, so that was incredibly awkward.

I had bad experiences here few years ago but yesterday I had to get my nails done and nothing changed. I was so devastated and crushed. How can these people still have a business I have no understanding. So sad this is allowed. Uneven paint job and it's gel nails. I had to file my own shape because apparently this is very unusual one.

We came here as part of my Bachelorette party. This space was great for a large group and they let us bring our own food and drinks as well. The only downside was the pedicures themselves. Shortest pedicures we've ever had, and not worth the money we spend.

Overall, the atmosphere was great and we still had a wonderful time, but not sure I would return due to the quality of pedicures.

Been going here for about 2 years now and always get great service. I've gone to other places and even though the technicians are nice and stuff, Polish has always been the better place. I normally get the gel polish and it always comes out great!

This place puts the Scottsdale and Orange County nail salons to shame. The shop is inside a refurbished home that is spectacular! The prices are reasonable and I will definitely be returning. So clean and the ladies were so gracious, even got me in right before closing time. Highly recommend!

The entire staff was helpful, accommodating and pleasant. We enjoyed taking pictures in your beautifully decorated bathroom, so much laughter! My daughter was surprised and will forever remember her DIRTY THIRTY at POLISH A DAY SPA. THANK YOU. We all loved our manicures and pedicures.

I got a pedicure here this summer. The lady that did my toes was very rough. She literally squeezed the around my heels so hard. That I had to bring it to her attention . When I did that, she asked me if I was injured in that area. I told her no. I have never had to say to someone to be more gentle because they where hurting me.
I am almost 40. Other than being . I had to tell her one of my nails had bumpy nail polish. She tried to send me out the door that way. She did fix it but only because I told her to.

Tried this place again years after a bad experience. Hasn't gotten any better. My wife said it wasn't a pedicure so much as a polish change with some lotion. After my technician gouged underneath my nails my experience didn't get much better. When I looked at the reviews there are tons of unfavorable reviews that are "not recommended." Which is probably where mine will end up. What's the point of a review app if the owners can make the reviews "not recommended?"

This salon is seriously the best! I love Joey, Johnny and the entire polish staff. The first thing is they can always get you in for an appointment, usually that day but if not then within the next few days. They have always don't a great job for me and I keep going back and recommending them. My tip for the establishment is to request Tina if you get any waxing done. She is an eyebrow whisper I swear!!

My mom and I just went for Mani/Pedis and it was one of the best ones we both have ever had! The salon is absolutely ADORABLE and very nice but the staff were so friendly! I'm so in love with how my shellac came out as well :)

Will most definitely be back!
