My wife and I just purchased our first out of state investment property. We worked with Carin and her team. They are amazing! We cannot say enough great things about Carin Charles and the Mega Agent team. Carin did a fabulous job in assisting us with the purchase of our new home. We were very particular in what we were looking for while staying within a budget. I had a great experience. I was actually surprised my home sold that fast and for a good price. Collier was great. He kept me posted, was personable and professional.
