Brett has done multiple things for me and has a few more in the works. From closing on real estate properties, starting new businesses, and selling of an existing business. I couldn’t ask for a better representative. When taking on these many ventures I wanted someone who I could call upon with question, answers, and quick responses. Brett is the real deal. Mr. Brett Smith at Huff Smith Law assisted us with a real estate purchase. We purchased a property which was for sale by owner in Auburn and I elected to use the services of Huff Smith Law to protect the transaction and ensure that everything was proper and all laws/regulations were complied with. Since I live out of the state of Alabama, we also did the entire transaction via internet, phone, and email...we actually never met in person! Brett has been the best attorney that one could ever imagine. He was literally sent by God as he answered the phone after hours in his office. I thought that I was searching for someone who's name that I can not even remember but God was linking us to Brett. He has so much wisdom and tenacity and you never have to hunt him down for any communication. He is truly an attorney that you can trust and believe that he is giving 100% on your behalf. As a small business owner, I have needed legal help many times. Brett Smith is my go-to for any legal help I need. He is more than the best attorney in Auburn, Alabama, he is a friend. Brett has his clients' best interest in mind and unlike most other lawyers, isn't only worried about making a dollar. Knows the law, doesn't just try to make money off the client UNLIKE all other law firms in Lee County AL!! He wasn't concerned about how much $$ he d make in the end and charged me ONLY for exact tim spent which was only half his rate! FREE CONSULT and let me take my time.
