Capell & Howard, P.C., founded in 1947, is based in Montgomery, Alabama with an east Alabama office in the Auburn-Opelika area. The firm provides legal services in Alabama and throughout the Southeast, in addition to serving a number of select national and international clients. Its services encompass a wide range of practice areas in which their attorneys are experienced and recognized.
Take I-85 South from Atlanta over the Georgia/Alabama line to exit 57 (the Auburn Airport Exit). Exit the ramp to the right and stay in the right hand lane. Turn right at the traffic light on to Glenn Avenue which immediately changes to Frederick Road and becomes a 4-lane road. When Frederick narrows to a 2-lane road, turn left into Skyway Professional Center.
Take I-85 South toward Montgomery. Pass exits for Perry Hill Road, Ann Street, and Mulberry Street. Exit I-85 at the Union Street exit (Exit No. 1). Cross Union Street and stay on service road parallel to I-85 for 5 blocks. Turn right onto South Perry Street. At the fourth traffic light, you will cross Adams Avenue (which is a one way street).

David's practice includes the representation of lenders and parties in commercial and residential real estate transactions. In such capacity, David regularly assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of loan documents, purchase contracts, easements, and leases. David also frequently serves as Alabama counsel in multi-state collateralized loans.
