Larry Walker, owner of Training Wheels Fitness, is dedicated to being your premier personal trainer. He provides you one-on-one attention and expertise to best benefit your fitness goals. As time progressed, my body developed. I learned and applied information on nutrition, proper rest, cardiovascular exercises, resistance training, stretching, and eliminating unhealthy habits.
The fitness assessment determines your current fitness level and identifies your areas of need. A 60-minute fitness assessment is required. Larry Walker, your Personal Trainer, reviews your results with you and you receive a personalized report of your results. Body composition analysis estimates the percentage of your body weight that is fat weight and lean weight.
Larry Walker is a Certified Fitness Training professional. He is constantly in touch with the newest information and techniques for your overall health and fitness. The best athletes in the world have coaches/trainers. Why? Because they help you to push through your limits to becoming the best you can be, every session.
I've always been an active person. I've played sports and worked out most of my life but nothing really ever got me into the shape I wanted to be in. And then I met Larry. Larry has the incredible ability to take the most simple movements and not only make them challenging, but they get results, and the workout is always different, so you never get bored.

Larry is a phenomenal fitness trainer. He can make you cry tears of joy and pain at the same time, but in the best possible way. Larry devotes the entire session to YOU. I have been a client of Larry’s for 13 years. Even though I have been with him for so long he keeps the workouts fresh and interesting! He is very safely focused and his knowledge of body mechanics strengthens without causing injury. I would highly recommend him if you are interested in improving your fitness!!
