Greenhills Dental Care is the best I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family… would highly recommend to anyone!!! I didn’t know what was going on with my mouth but the doctor fixed whatever problem I was having and I am no longer in pain. Dr. Bien is the dentist with the angels touch..

Dr. Bien spent quality time with me. Once she knew I am deaf, it did not stop her from communicating with me. She took time to write everything down for me. (It was impossible to lipread her because of the face mask, LOL) Dr. Bien seems to be very caring person and she gave me several good tips on how to take care of my gums and she gave me a referral for my root canal. I ended up having an appointment the next day

Green hills Dental Care is a wonderful dentistry. Dr. Bien is a perfectionist and extremely detailed when it comes to her work. Dr. Bien’s professionalism goes beyond her practice it truly shows in her character. Additionally, the receptionist is full of positivity and generosity truly making you feel welcomed. I’ve been going here ever since I could remember and Dr. Bien has always remained kindhearted to me. Not to mention they’re following under the CDC guidelines.

I arrived for my first visit as a new patient and the staff was very kind, courteous and professional. I met Dr. Bien and I think she is a wonderful doctor. She made me feel very at ease about my treatment and explained procedures and my options well. I also like being able to fill out and submit forms online. They communicate with texts and emails everything about my appointments and procedures. They even have a patient page I can access 24/7. I've never experienced this level of service from a Dental office before. I'm very blessed to have found Dr. Shirley Bien and Greenhills Dental.

Dr. Bien is the best! I used to work with a lot of dentist and she has been the only one who has taken pride in her work. She is very precise and is sensitive to your sensitivity. And let me tell you, I’m a chicken when it comes to dentistry work. I live in South Lake Tahoe and will drive miles or even fly to her if I have to move in the future! I love my Dr. Bien.
