Services
We are proud to provide a wide range of high-quality services for dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and sizes. At Capital Blvd Animal Hospital, we strive to offer services that are stress-free for pets at prices that are stress-free for owners. We believe in providing an open, honest, and welcoming environment in which we can help pet parents take control of their companions' health so they can spend many happy years together.
Wellness exams are a crucial part of routine veterinary care. They provide your veterinarian with an opportunity to monitor your pet's on-going health and detect minor problems early before they become serious. Your pet's wellness appointment is also when things like vaccinations, microchipping, parasite testing, prevention, and control, etc. are commonly addressed.
Very few people doubt the importance of dental care for humans. Despite this, a lot of folks are unaware that taking care of their pets' teeth and gums is just as important as caring for their own. While there are things you can do at home to care for your dog or cat's teeth, it is still crucial to bring them to a pet dentist for professional exams, cleanings, and additional services, such as extractions.
Your cat or dog is more than "just" a pet. He or she is an important member of your family, a beloved confidant, and a treasured companion. As a loving animal owner, you want what's best for your furry family members, and sometimes, that means ensuring that they receive the appropriate treatment for health problems, injuries, and other issues.
As an animal owner, you undoubtedly know that having your pet spayed or neutered is widely regarded as one of the most responsible decisions you can possibly make. Despite this, though, you may not be fully aware of just how important these simple procedures are. While preventing pregnancy in companion animals is the primary purpose, spaying and neutering provide several other benefits for pets and their owners.

Dr. G also saved my foster Myla who was close to losing her life due to anemia and needed a blood transfusion but with Dr. G's help she didn't need the transfusion and with in a few weeks all her blood work was getting better and we didn't lose her! Capital Blvd Animal hospital has an amazing staff and affordable pricing compared to other vets in the area!!

I had to bring my cat Casper in for UTI and Dr. G and his staff were very kind, caring and professional. Dr. G was compassionate at my financial situation and offered me a discount
on the office visit. I was extremely pleased with my visit to Capital Animal Hospital and will definitely go back.

I couldn't believe a well known cat expert in town completely missed my cat's dental problems after I even asked about his teeth and explained he was having symptoms of sensitivity to petting his cheeks and chin. Fortunately I went elsewhere for his annual, but by then he had been hurting a while and they could not provide dental treatment for over a month. A neighbor recommended Capital Blvd Animal hospital and Dr. Gonipeta immediately checked his ears for mites and infection, which I had not thought about. Then someone else told me not to go for the $199 cleaning special since the savings reflects

I am so pleased and relieved to bring my cat to this clinic and have examined by Dr.G. He explained well what is going on with my cat and provide me with choices on how to proceed with the intervention. He was very honest and disclose all the information that i need including the possible cost . He is not pushy and not demanding. I have experienced with other vet that i feel they were only after the money but not here in this clinic. And the staff Luke and front desk were very helpful and accomodating. My cat needed help right away and they were so pleasant to help me via phone and in person. I

I moved to the area in early March and I have elderly cats. Unfortunately two of my cats had to be euthanized at separate times; one due to illness and the other from old age with complications after a six week period of her slowly declining.
Each time, Ryan and the other staff members and especially Dr. G were very kind and comforting through the process.
I have to return to the doctor with my two other cats. I look forward to seeing them again soon.
They are just wonderful people and Dr G is an absolutely amazing doctor. BRILLIANT!

Dr. G and all the staff at Capital Blvd. Animal Hospital have been wonderful with my cat Lucy when she visits. Lucy is older and is not very nice to people she doesn't know but the staff has been really good with her. She has hyperthyroidism which requires routine blood work. They get the job done with ease. I highly recommend this vet!
