I worked with Meredith to purchase and sell my first home. There were some bumps in the road - seller wanted way above comps and appraisal. She was tireless in her efforts to get me that house. And she did! I will never forget my first home. I loved it. A job change took me away from Lexington. Meredith had my house sold before it was even listed. There is no realtor who can come close to the service and understanding it takes to form a lasting relationship with clients. Even after selling me my house 9 years ago, she is still available for any and all of my “handyman” needs. I’ve told my son, when I pass away, only Meredith can sell my house. I love her like family!

Meredith was a godsend. We were in the position of having to buy a place in Lexington while living all the way in Seattle. She has clearly been doing this for a while. Every time we would have a call, she would bring up everything we wanted to talk about in addition to other things we didn’t even think about. It was literally like she was in our head and that only comes from caring and experience.
We’ve had some nightmares in Seattle and working with Meredith was amazing and easy. Meredith didn’t help us find a house, she helped us find a home.
