Alicia Erickson Zink, LCSW (managing partner) provides mental health counseling to individuals, couples and families. With an expertise in family therapy, Ms. Zink creates an empathetic, warm and supportive environment that promotes healing and growth.

Individual, couples and group therapy areas include parenting, marriage, adolescence, self-harm, suicide, grief and bereavement, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, domestic abuse and LGBT.With over 10 years counseling experience, Ms. Zink began her career as the Pediatric Intensive Care Social Worker at the Children's Hospital of New Jersey at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center.

Please bring your insurance card with you. If you have a copay, please bring a check or the correct amount in cash. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. If you do not have a copay listed on your insurance card, you will not be responsible for payment at your first session but will be billed once the insurance has been processed.

Our daughter, as a transgendered adolescent, confronted with the challenges of transitioning amidst a destructive high conflict divorce, was completely and utterly lost. She was altogether unable to participate in school, while being prescribed a myriad of anti-depression medications as she bounced from textbook therapist to textbook therapist.

NCA is a successful growing private practice in Red Bank who provide counseling to individuals couples and families across the lifespan. Additionally, small groups focusing on social skills, infertility, amongst others are offered throughout the year. We are looking for clinicians to join our team.
