In and out quickly and painlessly.Easy people go deal with . I don't care for being the one to pull their car in and out; creates to many people to watch the techs work and interrupting their flow . My opinion at least.

Toby got my daughter's car running, safe and legal after a little mishap near his shop. He did more than I asked but only charged what he said he would charge for what we agreed he would do. His additions were prudent and appreciated. This was a classic "vulnerable customer" situation - we didn't go to him with any knowledge of his service quality, and he had no reason to believe we'd be a repeat customer (we don't live there). Nevertheless, he performed solid work and gave us good value.

I asked them if they could look at my car because the breaks were making a weird noise and you know mechanic shops fix cars but they said no, didn't give a reason. Probably racial discrimination?

Toby was extremely kind and helpful. He figured out a problem we have had for over a year. The tire place couldn't find out what the issue was, they said it was my engine. After looking into it, Toby found the issue and we were able to get it fixed. Thank you for your expertise.

Toby was awesome. Broke down in Turlock on my way to bay area on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Made sure i was up and running that day! Was friendly and went the extra mile and saved me the cost of a rental and from having to wait until long weekend was over. Feel lucky to have broken down so close to his shop.
