Services
St. Andrews Healthcare focuses on short-term rehabilitation. We work with each patient to help them reach their highest level of functional ability and whenever possible return them to their homes or lowest level of care. Our nursing department strives to provide quality care with dignity for our patients.
Our physical therapy team works toward specific goals of achieving the patient's highest functional level of independence. Physical therapy focuses on identifying and rehabilitating individuals with physical impairment and pain, as well as minimizing the risk of future injury. Following evaluation, our experienced physical therapists develop an individualized treatment program.
St. Andrews Healthcare provides compassionate hospice care to those in need of this service. This care allows the patient an opportunity to stay in a comfortable and safe place while receiving services should the need arise. We offer specialized care to help maintain, or improve, the quality of life for those whose illness, disease, or condition is unlikely to be cured.
At St. Andrews Healthcare, some residents need longer-term care. We offer nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, social services, and activities to our residents. Our nurses work with each resident's family to create a comfortable environment. This environment includes simple routines and visual cues as a positive substitute for diminishing mental processes.
In consideration of our patient's privacy and comfort, we recommend visiting from 8 am until 8 pm. Please call in advance for after hours visits to ensure access. Rehab services are available 7 days a week per your physician's orders. Your rehab director can inform you of the rehabilitation program designed for your loved one.
