This technique is based on the theory that our entire body including organs, glands, and body parts, have reflex points located on the feet and hands. Through applied pressure, one can release blockages around the corresponding body parts and bring balance and deep relaxation to the entire body. Reiki, is a gentle hands-on energetic healing technique, using a series of hand positions on and above the body.
As a massage therapist myself, I am very picky about who I let work on me. Before finding Arvela I would find that I could not relax during massage at all. That is not the case with her! Arvela gives one of the best massages I have ever felt. Her intuitive and warm touch ALWAYS stays with me for a few days and is why I continue to see her.

Arvella is a true master at massage. Her hands are anointed to heal. Over the last 10 years she has helped me with migraines, hip, neck and back issues. Most recently she helped my teenage daughter overcome a severe concussion from a car accident that had lasted for 8 weeks. Arvella worked on her 1 time and she cleared the concussion protocol the next day!!! She has extensive training in swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, reiki cranial sacral, cupping, reflexology and hot stones. She is so caring and intuitive you can trust her completely.
