When my clients need me, I respond promptly. I answer the phone! I am proud that many of my clients have been with us from their first condo purchase and continue to call upon me as they trade up, purchase second homes, and downsize.

Nancy was instrumental in assisting us, first-time condo buyers, navigate the myriad of documents needing review for our purchase. We were introduced to Master Deeds, Regulation documents and more under Nancy's skilled hand. She carefully explained the documents and how they would affect us as buyers and later as condo residents. I can't imagine we would have found all the salient points without her.
