Absolutely terrible communication and when you call the “shop” you are spoken to like you are bothering him. Had a transmission rebuild that has caused numerous and significant new issues upon completion. Received no paperwork explaining the so called limited one year warranty for the transmission and the truck is now once again being serviced with zero communication regarding prognosis or anticipated work needed. Avoid this place at all costs and if that’s not possible have the work double checked, if you have any money left.

We are new to the area and Danny rolled out the welcome mat. I made an appointment for an oil change and asked that he look at a couple of issues that were potentially problematic. I drive a 20 year old truck and his diagnosis had the potential for a huge price tag. Instead of upselling me, he assured me that the little noises I was hearing were perfectly normal for a truck of that age. Very refreshing that he saw me as a potential long term client (which I will be) and not just dollar signs in the immediate.

Milt was awesome. I called up early in the morning about an issue that started the night before to see if they could take a look at it. I brought it in like fifteen minutes after I called and he said they would take a look at it and let me know what the issue was. When I told him about the issue he listened to what I had to say about the noises that was occurring. About an hour later he called and said that its an easy fix and I should have it back by that afternoon if the part was in. He got the part in and it fixed my vehicle.
