I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS AGENCY ONE STAR. BUT I GUESS IN ORDER TO POST A REVIEW YOU HAVE TO GIVE THEM AT LEAST ONE STAR. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF OFFICE STAFF, AND THE AIDS THAT WERE SENT TO TAKE CARE OF MY FATHER WHO IS ON HOSPICE. NOT ONLY DO THEY SLEEP ON THE JOB BUT YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM EVERY DAY THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN. WE WILL TELL THEM THE SKILL SET OF THE TYPE OF PERSON THAT WAS NEEDED. AND THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE WHO WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL, LAZY AND UNQUALIFIED.. SO MANY NO SHOWS AND THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU SOMEONE ELSE WAS COMING AND NO ONE WOULD SHOW UP. WHEN YOU

Really bad experienced with this agency. Nurses not on time, no show, they don't communicate and let you know if there's going to be a nurse even tho I already let them know the schedule and they confirm they will have a nurse for me but when the time comes there's no nurse and I'm just wasting my time waiting for them. Most nurses are really unprofessional meaning that they don't know how to care for a baby. They send me a nurse that didn't had experienced with a baby for almost 17yrs. I feel like these nurses aren't really certify smh... So please really think about what agency your picking because

Unprofessional Nurse EVER! We have nurses came to work 30-40mins late almost everyday without call. Supervisor is lack of communication. Nurse very lack of skills. Most important thing is nurse sleep on duty!!! Don't want to be in detail because its a lot. Tell you one thing THIS IS NIGHTMARE!!! Not recommend to any family.
