Mind Body
You may find yourself spending more time replaying an endless loop of thoughts and emotions in your mind than noticing how your body is feeling. Over-thinking your emotions can leave you feeling more disconnected and unable to recognize the messages your body is sending you. The thoughts and feelings you spend a lot of time discussing or analyzing seem to continue to return again and again, increasing the discomfort in your body.

The repetitive cycle of concern and pain is getting in the way of your relationships, your work, or how you perceive yourself. Loneliness starts to creep in. You know your mind and body are connected, yet you continue to feel miserable and confused, and your life may feel unmanageable. The truth is you deserve to live a healthy life: mind, body, and emotions on the same team.
Services
We realize that no two people are the same and as such tailor our therapy to meet the specific needs of our clients. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression or any other issue, we will help you recognize underlying problems, fully realize your strengths and adjust certain behaviors and thoughts to see things a different, healthier way.
Mind Body Co-op's Adventure Therapy (AT) programs are designed to offer structured support and opportunities for clients who are recovering from a range of challenges such as depression, grief, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. Adventure Therapy is carefully balanced to provide emotional support while allowing participants to explore their capabilities with as much of their chosen challenges and freedoms as possible.
Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) is a form of creative therapy that utilizes licensed and credentialed therapy animals as a form of treatment. The goal of AAT is to improve a patient's social, emotional, or cognitive functioning. Therapy animals and their handlers can provide goal-directed interventions to individuals of all ages.
Talk therapy is a useful outlet, but sometimes it can feel confrontational and be difficult to find the "right" words to describe your experience. What if words don't do your experience justice? What happens when there are no words?. Art therapy offers an opportunity to safely explore emotions even when emotions are devastating, impulsive, or messy.
Maybe you have difficulty maintaining relationships due to angry outbursts you can't control. Perhaps you haven't been able to go to work for the past few days because you can't get out of bed. You might be having intrusive, anxious thoughts that are preventing you from feeling safe anywhere you go.

Do not go to this office.
My therapist left the practice and they (the owner, Kelly) continued to bill me.
That only stopped when I threatened to sue them for fraud.
However, they continued to send me "reminder notices" for appt. I no longer had (because they locked out my therapist from closing out her accounts) so all of the google/ notifications continued to go on despite contacting them numerous times.
The way an owner treats her employees says it all. The point of a practice like this is to help people. The idea that she would try to cease contact between myself and my therapist

Bad customer service and couldn't get an appointment for in person. I think they push virtual because I believe that's what THEY prefer.

I started seeing Dr Swift about a month ago. He is extremely caring and listens . He gives me what I would say is state of the art treatment. I would highly recommend this doctor and this practice.

This is a beautiful, relaxing space. However, the business model falls way short.

I was quickly assigned to an individual therapist. However, the communication with the agency deteriorated.

I was hoping to receive a psychiatrist/med management provider through Mind Body as a one-stop shop. It took 3 months and a few tries for someone to respond at all. I declined because communication when it comes to medication management is paramount to safety, and if communication is poor just for scheduling, what about during important times?

Also, when I went to an appointment on December 14, 2019,

My experience with my provider, Luke Swift, was positive. He was helpful, compassionate, and got me to a better place. The billing practices of this organization, however are terrible. I cannot overstate this.
There was almost no communication from their billing department, only sending me two bills for the entirety of my time there (over a year), and charging me over $300 over the course of week with no warning! Nowhere in the invoice that I was sent was any indication that this would happen. I was billed three separate times, different amounts over five business days. Apparently it was in the

Their nurse practitioner, Jen, the only medication prescriber, will be late for all appointments, not send in your prescriptions, won’t reply to your emails or calls promptly - she is the one that needs therapy. I informed the owner of my concerns beyond listed here, she couldn’t have cared less.

I recently reached out for an initial consultation and the staff here promptly got back to me to schedule a consult.

I came into the consult and met with one of their staff members for an intake appointment and everything went extremely well. My insurance was verified prior to ever stepping foot in their office and they even accommodated an evening appointment, 6pm.

Although I won't be returning just yet for their services due to my schedule, I will definitely be reaching back out to them when I would like to return.

Definitely reach out to them if you're interested in anything they

Dr Kellie Rice seemed warm and knowledgeable about my issues. However i tried scheduling an appt multiple times and both times she cancelled for personal reasons. Finally she never got back to me about rescheduling. I never had a single session. Then she sent me a bill for my appt. I emailed her letting her know that this bill was in error and I never had an appt. no response. I just received another bill.

There's no receptionist so getting a hold of anyone is impossible. They may or may not reply to emails.

Get a receptionist!!! There has to be a better way to manage your practice and

I am so happy to have found Mind Body Co-op. This is a practice that really cares about the people they are helping. I have been doing individual psychotherapy with them and I just started taking kundalini yoga classes with Amy, I am very happy with both services!

They accept Cigna, I think they have a list on the website of what other plans are accepted. They sometimes offer donation based yoga at noon. There is also a meditation group that meets there every wednesday, I know people are free to join this buddhist zen group.

The place is decorated in a funky and fun way. very creative space
