Don't cut any deals with them. They won't send you a written pay-off agreement or proof that all debts are settled, and then they'll send the remainder to the next group of debt sharks who will report you to the credit agencies if you don't pay them. Corruption to the highest degree; completely immoral.

Received a bill that I had already paid, they wanted proof that I paid it. I asked for an e mail address, No good, I asked if there was a way to text it, Again No good, they said I could either mail it to them or Fax, yes I said Fax it to them. FAX????? is it still 1993? Called a business line (that I answer for customer service) looking for someone that is not employed with us but was THE RUDEST interaction I think I have ever had with a customer service person. Denise or whatever her name is had the worst attitude and hung up on me twice. I take pride in being nice to people that is what customer service should do.. a shame this company has no morals

On June 12, 2020 I called ARstrat “customer support” to pay a $25 debt I owed. The girl who processed my payment tried to steal and use my debit card information after I had given it to her over the phone. Luckily after I did that I locked my card because I wasn’t too sure if she was trustworthy or not. Next thing I received after returning home from work were 3 emails saying that my card was trying to be charged at 3 different places in Houston, TX (that is where the collection agency is based out of).
