Billing department is terrible. I asked her three times if she was SURE I was in network and abs kept saying "I just ran it. You are". I encouraged her to call to double check but wouldn't. Then I get a bill of 300 per test when the cash pay was 135. I called back and asked to speak with billing. They said they would cal me back but couldn't give me a time. I've called back 5 times and they keep disconnecting the call.

If you're looking to get a rapid covid-19 test, consider going elsewhere. You will not get your results until the end of the day. So if you have an event scheduled where you need to be tested, consider going to another testing location that does clarify that you will get your results sooner than getting them at the end of the day.

Had to come in yesterday afternoon to get covid 19 test for work safety of our team fam. Getting appointment and driving to not a problem. Getting test result less than 2 hrs is worth going over to this location. Having amazing person took my covid test was very sweet, I didn’t get her name. She was very nice and calm with me without hurting me. I wouldn’t mine going back to ask for her again in the future. The worst experience was having to go over there, only cause they don’t accept Medicaid and my boss was gonna pay out of pocket for his team who don’t have insurance. The 3 stuff who

Made an appointment 4 days ago for covid tests for me and my family. Get here for our appointment and I have to wait in line with everyone else, including walk-ins. The line is out the door, in the cold. What is the point of an appointment if you accept so many that you have a line out the door? I made this appointment to avoid any long wait because I have two babies with me. This is completely irresponsible.

Went to this clinic with family for Covid PCR test. The waiting line was long but the staff was quick to process the patients and keep the line moving. The nurse who took the sample was very professional. They have in-house lab where they process the samples. They promised to give the result within 5 hours and I received the results of the test in couple of hours. I definitely recommend this clinic for Covid related testing.

Unfortunately, I was just diagnosed with asthma and the NP prescribed the inhaler for me. My pharmacy has been trying to call this place to verify on the medication and no one ever picks up. There are times that I tried to call to make the appointment, the same thing happened. Got on hold and got sent straight to voicemail.
I understand it is busy but the fact that I had to wait 45 mins (with appointment) before I get to see the NP is not that nice. I had to step out and asked if they forgot about me. The front desk attitude is ugly.

Dr. Rios asked if I was pregnant, I told him no I didn't think so. He listened to my stomach with the stethoscope and then he then gave me two X-Rays. I did not see the X-Rays, but he told me he saw calcified stool in my large intestine and had me take more laxatives.
Never checked back up on me, even though I called and called to get a follow up because laxatives weren't working.
Nope, I really was pregnant. A month and a half after I went in, I delivered my son.
I asked for my chart after

Went to visit Dr.Rios office yesterday with my family.. We were all feeling sick unfortunately Dr.Rios wasn't in the office saw a nurse practitioner but her diagnosis was off..she was able to prescribe one of us with an antibiotic which helped but unfortunately the other family member is at home suffering sick in bed not getting better. None of us has covid as we all tested negative. I called today to ask for another antibiotic medication for my other family member but..there is no nurse practitioner or Doctor available to prescribe..there recommendation is to go to an urgent care or emergency

Test was fast and easy I was told same day results, the medical assistant was very nice my only issue was with the front receptionist very rude and did not confirm any information with the patients it's been 3 days and still haven't gotten my results on COVID, and no one answers the phone in the morning I've been calling for an hour

I needed somewhere quick and effective to take care of a lingering cough after my COVID-19 recovery last month. Walked in with no appointment and only waited about 30-40 minutes. It was relatively crowded and 3-4 patients were seen before me. Once I was called back, I didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Rios is very nice and seems quite knowledgeable. He took the necessary time to fully understand why I was there and what I needed, and didn't waste a second more. He wrote me a prescription that I picked up an hour later, and I paid $70 out of pocket for the visit. My visit was well worth it

Don't be misled by the ZocDoc and Google reviews especially if you have relocated from a different state. Biggest issue with this clinic is the lack of billing transparency along with a lack of follow up on health issues. Office staff has sub-par customer service compared to other clinics and treat you more like another number than an actual person.
Had an issue with a throat infection, came into the office For a doctors prescription and office staff said to pay $70 in office and insurance would cover the rest. Low and behold I receive a letter in the mail from the offices outsourced billing

Reallllyy nice and the facilities are super clean. I enjoyed their coffee machine and hot tea selections in the lobby. Staff were nice and helpful. They asked of you have any health concerns so be prepared to answer bc they can refer you to other doctors.
Also make sure to change Dr. Rios to your primary care physician BEFORE you go. I was lucky to call my insurance in the lobby and change it but I was a bit surprised when I arrived.

Had an amazing experience at Rios Healthcare yesterday. Getting basic care is always tricky and expensive, so I've never actually had a primary physician and was recently recommended to go visit Dr. Rios where I found that everything was super organized, super efficient and super affordable.
What I love about Dr. Rios' office is that it's set up like an urgent care clinic and they have all the resources you need to get treatment for anything and everything, but that it's actually charged as a regular doctor visit. So you end up paying way less copay on your insurance coming

Dr Rios and his staff are the most excellent team of physicians you will find in town. They specialize in internal medicine so they are qualified to treat practically every part of the body. I came in today because for the past week I have been suffering with knots in my left shoulder and severe pain. Nothing over the counter help. Dr Rios preformed a series of trigger point steroid injections. Boy did that do the trick. Dr Rios is also very thorough and spends time with you and asking questions to determine the root of the problem. Best of all they are open on the weekends! I highly recommend
