Office staff charge an “intake fee” to take your information and case basics. In our case is was expressed time of the essence for a med mal case. 2 weeks go by and intake clerk tells us attorney doesn’t want to review case because there isn’t enough time. 2 weeks wasted, over a decision the attorney could have made the same day. Now we are going into holiday period which will consume 2 more weeks. I followed up via call and email multiple times to express that time was of the essence during this 2 week period. The clerks here have a total disrespect of clients time and the worst follow

Attorney Russell was great. Her staff was absolutely wonderful returned our calls and emails in a timely manner every time. She worked with my husband and his ex-wife on visitation because he was not getting time with his girls when he was home. He is retiring and he wanted to make sure that he got the time that he deserved. My husband is a heavy haul truck driver and she went out of her way to make sure that she had phone appointments with him and she would make sure that she included me in the calls.
