Erik is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is work-ing for you. He really cares about his clients. I liked how he gave me a copy of his book, sent detailed emails and texts, and always took the extra time to explain the pros and cons. Before meeting Erik, I was expecting a little more of an ego-centric Realtor, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. He is down to earth and personable. 5 stars.

There are so many realtors in Los Angeles, and I was thankful a friend told me about Erik Brown. I didn’t know the questions to ask or how to begin, and he held our hand every step of the way. The buying market was really competitive, and Erik helped us avoid pitfalls while also finding AND closing on the perfect home for our family. Maybe it’s because he is from Minnesota, but you can’t find a nicer realtor than Erik Brown. That down to earth, service oriented, taking care of people attitude just resonates from him. Have a question? Want advice? Thinking about moving but not quite ready? Contact Erik. He won’t pressure you, and is there to help. You don’t see that in Beverly Hills Realtors very often.

Recently, I undertook a difficult project that I put a lot of time, effort, and money into. After putting so much into it, I wanted to make sure that my efforts weren't wasted. I was extremely selective about the agent I chose to represent the property and I met with a lot of them. Most of the agents I met with were unimpressive. Ten minutes into my first meeting with Erik I thought to myself, "Oh, this guy gives a s***t. This is the guy who is going to get me the best outcome." I was right.

Erik is great. His service is even better. He listens, he follows through, he's honest, personable, reliable, and works tirelessly to get his clients satisfied. He goes above and beyond. I can't say enough great things about him!
