Andy is a proud instructor for Erik Dalton and his groundbreaking Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques. He teaches Continuing Education courses in Bend, Oregon that apply towards the Master Myoskeltal Alignment Certification. Libert Myoskeletal Alignment and Massage specializes in biomechanical evaluation and providing therapeutic, restorative joint alignment and manual therapy for injuries caused by overuse or sports.
Libert Myoskeletal Alignment and Massage employs a variety of stability and strength training methods to maximize your movement potential. Andy uses a comprehensive movement screening to determine which of your movement patterns need the most correction to enhance function and achieve pain-free movement.
Andy Libert has always been curious about how the human body works. As a young child, he began running for the pure enjoyment of movement. With little thought of actually getting anywhere or accomplishing anything, Andy relished the natural motion. It filled him with a meaning and purpose that he could not have found any other way.
Libert Myoskeletal and Massage practices are based on the idea that people were born to move and that our development followed a specific path influenced by the principles of physics. We were initially born with a tremendously flexible body with little ability to control it.
Through a series of exploratory movements, driven by a brain that refined movement patterns and utilized the force of gravity, we developed the ability to stabilize our core, crawl on our hands and knees, and stand on two feet.Once we became stable, we were able become stronger. Without the foundation of mobility and the subsequent nature-driven stability training, we would never have been able to stand up and then walk.

When I was preparing to teach my first Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT) Workshop, I was thrilled. Given the opportunity to spread what I built a lot of my knowledge and practice on, as a fan, I wanted to be able to provide at least 10 concrete things that I could quickly use to help spread Erik's Dalton's great work.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to because of how amazing my experience was with Andy. I am 25 and very physically active. Due to a bad bed and exacerbated by beach volleyball, my lower back pain has made it difficult to do anything other than lie down. A previous masseuse told me my right hip was much higher than my left, and strongly recommended I see a chiropractor. Andy literally fixed me within 20 minutes. Not only was it a great massage, it was a CRUCIAL improvement in the mobility of my muscles. He listened, diagnosed, and fixed all my pain. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgeable

I have a lot of hip and back issues and Andy has been able to help keep me pain free. He does a great job and instead of a rough chiropractor treatment you get re-aligned in a gentle and relaxing way that's easy on your body and able to stay in alignment better. He is very skilled and knows what's wrong with your body even if you don't. Don't delay! Sign up and you will have a life changing experience.

I have had chronic pain in my hip, neck and shoulder for over a decade and Andy has methodologically worked to release and realign the problem areas. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable, patient and intuitive. I haven't found anyone else over the years that has been able to help. He's a life saver.

Andy is the best. I’ve been seeing him off and in for years ! He knows exactly how to help my body recover from pain. I’m an active outdoors enthusiast who needs to have a body that functions at its best. I ask a lot of it, and Andy fine tunes it lime a mechanic. I couldn’t ask for a better massage and sports injury therapist. If you’re lucky enough to have him in your contact list, you already know exactly what I’m sayin.
