Dr. Amy Charlton had the vision to make Countryside a place where people felt comfortable, welcome and a part of the family. She never wanted a hospital that had a sterile and cold look or feeling. Countryside is proud to offer our clients not only conventional medicine, but alternative therapies as well.
We offer herbal medicine, food therapy, acupuncture, laser therapy, and most recently, Tui Na (medical massage). Our trained technicians help teach our clients how to use medical massage to improve the comfort and treatment outcome of their pets at home. Our patients are not just a number to us, we take our time to get to know each and every patient and their parents on an individual basis.

Pet insurance pays, partly or in total, for veterinary treatment of the insured person's ill or injured pet. Some policies will pay out when the pet dies, or if it is lost or stolen. As veterinary medicine is increasingly employing expensive medical techniques and drugs, and owners have higher expectations for their pet's health care and standard of living than previously, the market for pet insurance has increased.
By the time they reach 4 years of age, studies have shown that at least 85% of dogs and cats begin to exhibit signs of oral disease. If the symptoms of oral disease are left untreated it can lead very serious complications for your pet including but not limited to severe pain, bad breath and tooth loss.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
After moving from a different state, I was disappointed at the way they treated my little one and other customers as well. They don't respond to phone calls, if they do respond, pl be prepared to be put on hold for a good 20-30 min and then disconnected. They are very unprofessional and offer poor service.

Too busy to take you unless you've been going consistently. Was told I would have to start over as new customer, since my dog hasn't been there in a long while. Why would I ever go here if I can't actually get my dog seen when I need it. (If my dog is sick they can't wait 2 weeks to a month). If you don't care, than why are you here. Apparently, too big and too busy to take the people that helped keep them in business when they started. The vet is nice, but what good is that if you never see her. Seems they only care about my dogs, when it's convenient. No problem with my money though huh.
