The experience I had with the receptionist was unprofessional and no empathy what's so ever. when my sweet dog died this week I called to ask what is my next steps, the receptionist Brittany told me to bring the dog in so they can creamate and if I can't I could just bury the dog in my backyard! She expressed zero empathy or any other suggestions. she didn't know whether I could drive there or not..she didn't bother to ask any other questions or offered any other resources. That was awful. On my previous visits, The doctor didn’t get off his chair when examining the pets he really needs to
