I represent those accused of crimes and I give unsurpassed service on such matters in all Courts of the Coachella Valley, and of the Inland Empire, and of select other areas, if the issue is of sufficient scholarly or political interest to me. I abhor bullies, and those with badges or black robes are of particular concern to me.
This subject-matter on other attorneys' pages is grossly misleading and counter-productive, because your present case is not the same as others' past cases I have handled, so for me or any attorney to blather about any particular result is likely to give you false hope. There are many fictions in the law, the most dangerous one being that the government is your friend, and the related one that the government has interests other than protecting and serving its own agenda, and other than expanding its own turf. It is not your friend, and it does not have other than self-regarding interests.

Went to see Mr Kennedy and he listened to everything I said and even came to my location to get a better idea about what I was saying to him. Mike gave me my life back! Mike didn't take the deal offered to me, we fought my cases and he won by litigation through motion. I have refered 3 friends to Mr Kennedy and he has beat all thoses cases also through motion and by trial... i trust my life to Michaels intregity. I am 12 years clean and sober i have changed my behavior but only because i got another chance at life through proper legal repesentation.
