Fantastic doctors but the worst support staff ever. Went to see Dr. Cash. Had to go through hell to get an appointment. Paid the co pay when I was there. Was sent a bill despite that. Called them, was hung up on twice, until I got to speak to someone named Christine. She asked me to prove that I paid it, since it was "not showing up in their system." I hope all doctors in this system quit and join some other system where support staffs actually work.

The people at UT Physicians are bad people. One of their doctors, Michael Greaser, injured me severely and immediately sent me to UTP's Risk Management lawyers - and I was put into a maze of lawyers, lies and neglect that I could never navigate out of. The cruelty and deceit that these people will gobsmack you with to get out of trying to help their injured patients is simply stunning.
I've never given up - and I never will. But I'm still battling them to at least tell me what they think caused my severe injury that nobody else has been able to undo. But these people are stedfast

I’ve been coming to this doctors office for 10 plus years (I’m currently 20) the last time I visited I was told they will continue seeing me till I turn 21 I just called to schedule an appointment I was told I’ve been aged out and denied care even though I have stated several times doctor Barrat would continue to see me till I’m 21 I have the paperwork from last visit and etc they are still trying to refer me to someone else I would not recommend this clinic only wants to do the bare minimum they will not take any extra steps to make sure u are satisied

From a self pay side, you can't pay or get an accurate estimate from the front desk that will first bill you.
You ask to pay for your entire office vist, the services like physician's bill, services perform, they come back with charges...then 4 to 6-weeks later you'll have another bill mailed to you for additional charges of the same thing...the front desk will tell you to talk to billing dept. and billing dept. will tell you they cannot modify the bill.
You're stuck in their system and they'll send your account to collections if you don't pay the bill...they&apos

Two stars because it's on Metro Rail.
Doctors here are strangely always dismissive of patient concerns. "It can't be that because X" or "I don't think so because Y."
When a simple test can provide the gold standard and remove any bias in treatment, it is not done possibly due to the arrogance of the doctor.
On the other end of the spectrum, doctors here rerun the same exact tests another doctor does.
Example?
I went to the ENT over 2 years ago and was told that I needed tubes in my ear. Every time it rains, my ears clog, swell up, get infected, and can't drain.
Now, I had just been through

WORSE experience calling into a clinic. I called in to cancel an upcoming appointment and the front desk was incredibly short with me. Then, when I was mid sentence trying to ask for information on how to reschedule in the future…..the assistant deliberately hung up on me. Of course when I tried calling the clinic back they would not answer. So disappointing and I will find another practice that can provide decent patient service. Would not recommend…..

This was my first visit to the clinic and my first visit with Dr. Teunis. I was pleasantly surprised to meet with a physician who actually listened to me and showed genuine concern. She took her time with me and I found her to be very personable and caring. I will be recommending her to all my friends. The whole experience at the clinic was stress free and pleasant. Everyone seemed to be so nice.

I have been seeing Dr. Torres-Barre in Pearland for well over 9 years.
The staff is fantastic! They will do whatever they can to insure you get an appointment in the quickest amount of time as possible. Their communication skill are also excellent. There have been times I had to wait, but always knew that were helping others as they have helped me.
Dr. Torres is better than FANTASTIC! She has excellent surgical and medical skills in addition to her great Bedside Manner. There is no physician I Trust more than her and she truly has improved my health and my life. If you need an orthopedic, I guarantee

I love the staff at this clinic. Also, a lady named Suzy took the time to explain things to me so that I could get the help that my daughter needs sooner. The doctors are also awesome. I am changing my children to this clinic for all their pediatric needs. It is hard to find a good doctor with great bedside manner and respect for their patients and patients family.

they are strictly want to give you medicine no talk of diet changes in lifestyle or anything like preventions. please stay away from dr fenoy he is a neurosurgeon but his work is 1 out 10 meaning any one he has operated on got worse some didn't even walked anymore go figure ,
and never returns any calls .many complaints and the guy still operating .may god help us all

Horrible experience. Was billed twice and we paid twice before realizing that we were double billed. After contacting billing department we are still waiting for money to appear on the balance. When I asked for help, asked to look up my balance, receptionists were sighing and acting as if they have a problem with me/their job/ universe. I liked the doctors and nurses but the front seat is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't have any professional manners. I won't be using their services in the future and I don't recommend UT Physicians to anyone else.

I had the displeasure of seeing "Dr. Turner" last month, he's worse than trash. Completely useless. He needs to change his major while he's still in his residency because his bedside manner and patient interaction skills are severely lacking, he doesn't listen to understand just to hear himself talk, condescending, doesn't know a thing (went to a dermatologist to get an issue i came here for fixed because his useless self didn't know anything). All in all 15% of the doctors are great the rest, not so much

So annoyed right now. I finally get thru to the "Center for Autoimmunity" after being on hold forever, and I simply say that I am looking for a new Rheumatologist that will prescribe a certain medication I am taking. The problem with this med is that some (a lot) of doctors won't prescribe it - to anyone. So I tell the woman on the phone that I need to know if ANY doctor there writes prescriptions for this med. I don't need to know if they will write it for ME, because obviously they haven't evaluated me. She tells me that I must see the doctor and there is no way

Our family utilizes the Bellaire office, so I'm speaking for that location only (but I couldn't find their page here). We see Dr. Norman L. Berkman, and he is PHENOMENAL!!! He is highly intelligent, listens to your concerns, and truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is the epitome of what a physician should be, and anyone that is lucky enough to call him their physician is truly blessed. The office staff there has always been really helpful and kind as well, so that's an added bonus to having the absolute best doctor in the world!

Every time I come here Im here at least 5 hours or more I hate it here I keep coming and I don't know why but this is the last time and they always tell me the same thing! They don't know what they are talking about either! I'm here 5 hours but only see the doctor for like 10 minutes! It's not worth the haste to get here plus you have to pay for parking!!!!

Fraudulent billing. Unfortunately my Gyno punctured my bladder during my hysterectomy, I was seen by the Urologist on call. I was sent home with a catheter to heal. On the followup to have it removed, they billed me for an additional $199.00. ($70 co-pay) When I called to explain that it was a follow up, I was basically told too bad so sad.
I don't know of any other business would do half a job without expecting to finish.

When I first had my OB appointment at UT, the reviews on here were very little help. I was under the impression that this was a horrible place. I was wrong! I love UT and their services. I visit the high risk OBs for my pregnancy every 2 weeks. Here are a couple points I wish I had known before going.
1) If you are coming from 288 and have to turn left on Fannin to get here, BEWARE! The light not only takes a really long time to turn, it lasts green for a very short period. The line to turn left is always very long. So make time for that!
2) Parking at the garage is per hour, until after 3-4
