Service, Attention, Quality Food Fare, & Price ... all great. For a small tucked away establishment... unbelievably so, so good. Nothing more to be said....

We had a Family dinner here on Christmas Eve. The entire staff was very pleasant and accommodating, and the food was excellent. I have but two regrets - I live 35 miles away, and I didn't purchase a container of their excellent champagne vinaigrette salad dressing to take home!

I actually love this place! Been here on a few occasions.. I mostly come for their shrimp francese.. their francese sauce is one of the most delicious I have ever tasted! Bold statement! I did also love their veal parm as well...you can count on them as your local pizzeria slash restaurant combo... the food has not disappointed. Always with specials.. always a friendly staff... very town-ie feel... I like em.

They're located in the shopping center with Michael's and bagel chalet.. next one over from target. Yes, the one with the annoying parking lot.

There are a lot of menu options in the restaurant, a ton of different types of meat dishes as well as pasta dishes. Complimentary bread, which is always a plus. Prices are fair, and the portions are generous! I got the shrimp and scallop oreganata which was delicious, and it came over a good amount of spinach and with a good sized salad (love their champagne dressing) and side of penne (you can request another kind of pasta if you like) tomato sauce pasta. I was very well satisfied after my meal, and I even had leftovers enough for a whole other meal.

Exceptional food and service. The branzino filet and osobucco are worth coming for. Large and generous portions.

Greek salad didnt even come with greek dressing. The chicken that came with the salad looked like it was just cooked in water and dumped in the salad . No color and no kind of taste. The pizza was bland and crust didnt even have any color .

I came in today for salad and a slice of pizza and I had absolutely the best lunch ever. Cozy little boots for one person. Super nice waitress Vita!! highly recommend

Excellent food with generous portions—real Italian home-style yet sophisticated cuisine in a comfortable restaurant with a fabulous waitstaff, and the most considerate and generous owner/matre d’, who makes you feel like you’re home. Highly recommended!

The pizza here is delicious. This hidden gem is filled with people who are kind, comical and very adamant about you getting great Italian food. The service was stellar. The restaurant seating is delightful and intimate. I recommend everyone tries it. 👌🏾💯🔥

Great food and really friendly staff. I'm Italian and can't have gluten which makes finding delicious authentic tasting food difficult. They were very accommodating here and I had amazing white pizza. I wish I lived here to make this a regular stop but alas, I'll be back home in NH soon enough thinking of that pizza.

This is our local go-to for ensalada pesci. It's so amazingly fresh and delicious. I'm going to tell you a little secret, you can easily share one order (with a piece of Italian bread, of course) for a light dinner, but we always order two. Better the next day!

Now that I have had a chance to eat in the restaurant (vs taking out), I gave to say that this place is very good. The good was always quite good, but when you add a very friendly and professional wait staff to the equation Taormina becomes a great place to have dinner. Excellent pasta dishes, very fresh seafood (try the whole Bronzino mediterranean style it's excellent, and really good chicken and veal dishes as well.

it's not a big place, but the fjnjng room is nice and the prices are commensurate with the quality of the food and service.

It was my husband 63 rd birthday. I surprised him by taking him to Taormina. My brothers and their spouse was present. The service was exceptional. We had the most amazing time. It has been 2 weeks and family is still talking about the amazing experience. The owner and staff were extremely attentive and made us feel like family.

Had Slice deliver a chicken parm hero and pizza tonight. We requested sauce on the side for the hero and the bread to be toasted, neither were done. The chicken hero was so chewy we couldnt eat it , we threw it away. Pizza was undercooked. Dont think we will ever order again from here, no I know we never will again

This was my first trip to Taormina. We were seated promptly. The entire staff, including the owner-Peter were very friendly and attentive. Our server , Barbara-was great. The portions were very generous and delicious. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Love the bottle light fixtures-look up. I can not say enough good things about Peter and his staff. Great food. Thank you.

This place is great if you're feeling Italian!! They have wonderful dinner specials and the staff is so friendly. This was my first time trying this place and i would definitely be returning for some quality Italian style food. I got the angel hair pasta with white clam sauce! Very filling and a perfect size enough to take home to Papa!

I wish that I could give this restaurant 5 stars. The owner is a great man and when he is personally overseeing an order the food is pretty good and occasionally excellent. Unfortunately that only happens when dining in, and with take out or delivery the food is average at best. We regularly have to ask for extra sauce so that we get a drop or two, and they are not above serving you blackened burnt food when the owner isn't watching them.

The worst thing is their new website. It leads you to believe that they are doing delivery, and specifically invites you to request special orders stating

First timer here this evening for a take out order, excellent.
I kept it very simple with a half dozen baked clams, very, very good the sauce was delicious and tasted fresh. 14" pizza with meatball and onion on half keeping the other half plain. You have to really enjoy a plain slice above all. Again a very good sauce balanced just right with cheese, meatball and the onions. Last, I asked about deserts and left with a NY Style cheesecake (the ricotta version was sold out) it was spot on. The owner also insisted I try the Key Lime Pie on the house however, no room for that this evening! nice

A local pizzeria in a strip mall with a dining room set back behind the pizza counter. This was my first visit and they were quite busy for orders to go. The dining room had only one table occupied, but it was the first week that NY State was authorizing the opening the restaurant dining room for the public.

We ordered Buffalo Pizza and regular cheese pie which were both very good.

It's always five star dining at Taormina. The food is always delicious. The portions are plentiful.Everything is always fresh. The owner & staff are wonderful. We eat here regularly. They treat us like family. Great local restaurant with a great wine selection. It is a place you must try & will love it

We drove 45 minutes from Brooklyn NY. 14 of us to enjoy a Fathers day celebration. We loved it. Server and manager was amazing. Food was delicious. Will visit again.

Came here with the intentions of ordering off the restaurant week menu but once we were informed that they were out of the apple cranberry salad I had intended on getting we all opted to get off the specials menu which happened to be a better deal anyway. It came with a house salad and was $6 cheaper so no loss there. I got the house champagne dressing to go with mine and it was creamy and excellent. We started with a bottle of Riesling, which was $10 off on Sundays and the fried zucchini app-to be honest it lacked flavor as did the sauce that came with it. We started with fried zucchini. It was rather bland.

For dinner, most of the table ordered chicken francaise or chicken and shrimp francaise. I ordered stuffed shells and eggplant rollatini. The meals came with house salads and pasta.

WOW! We are true Yelpers, checking out quality restaurants and came across Taormina. We line in Mt Sinai, so traveling 20-25 minutes for GREAT food is no problem for us. Our first time here and we will be regulars. Our waitress Tina, was a gem. Family owned and run business, as is our business so we know the effort and hard work it takes to make it this good.
Started with the Buratta, which was very good. The stuffed zucchini flowers was a first for me, but they were outstanding, as was the stracctiatella soup. We had a grouper piccata which was very good, flaky light fish in a very nice sauce

A fine place for lunch! Don’t let the strip mall entry mislead you...inside a lovely dining experience in a relaxed and attentive environment. The food is home made, fresh and generous in portion size. The staff attentive (though sometimes too busy) and helpful. I hear that dinner is equally enjoyable and a favorite of locals. Enjoy!
