I bought a second hand car based on the pre -inspection report done by these guys. Same error code came back after a month and I called to see what was done on the car and why same error is coming back. The person on the phone was rude and irresponsible for the job done by their own shop. He said another test needs to be done and will charge $125 just for the test. Talked to store manager who was even more irresponsible and arrogant, these people don't stand by their work. My suspicion is that they reset the error instead of fixing the issue to favour the previous owner and pass smog test.

Positive: Professionalism
We own two ten year old Toyotas. With the help of Laguna Woods Auto Repair, we plan on driving them another ten years! Toyotas are very reliable cars, but like all mechanical devices they require regular maintenance and occasional repair. The team at Laguna Woods Auto Repair are competent, professional, friendly, and TRUSTWORTHY!

HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and VALUE was what I received today at Laguna Woods Auto Repair. I would stand up for this business at anytime because they are exactly what I think an American service should represent. Quality service in a timely manner and exceptional repair work. I actually felt great to have repairs done to my vehicle today and felt personally, that they enjoyed having me use their services and were happy that I came in. Thank you very, very much.

Honest workmanship, fair prices and great customer service. Courtesy rides to and from home in saddleback area. A few diagnostic services / repair are not offered like air bag deployment issues. Also appointments are recommended- even for routine oil changes. Vintage signage and 1950s retro feel make waiting for small jobs with appointment interesting as opposed to the wait area at say a Firestone service shop.

This place is amazing! I called to ask for a diagnosis for my car. Peter picked up and he's extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived and they checked my car immediately with no wait time. They even offered me a ride home. Peter is very professional and he helped me resolve the issue. This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been to. I would definitely visit again if I ever need service. Thank you Peter!

I am so happy to have found this place. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, it is such a relief to find an auto repair place that I don't feel is trying to up sell me on everything. Honest guys who tell you the truth and aren't taking advantage of the fact that I have no idea what my car is doing. I will definitely be be back for my next oil change. Great work by the entire friendly knowledgeable staff!!! Patient, kind, thorough....have been going here since about 1989. Auto club tow truck took me to Bob’s shop when my new suburban suddenly had no oil pressure. Bob looked under the hood and saw the problem immediately! Totally satisfied with my experiences here. This is the most honest wonderful auto shop ever!!!! I have been gyped so many times (I am an old lady!) but NOT here! Bob just couldn't be nicer-- and they fixed everything perfectly--at way less than the estimated cost! I am very pleased to recommend Laguna Woods Auto to anyone with a car that needs fixin'!

How about an auto repair shop that cares about the customer? I took my Toyota Venza for service (and safety check) and was blown away by the experience SO I went home to get my RAV4 and brought it in as well. I will never take my cars anywhere else!
